摘要: An absorbent is prepared by dissolving in water 1) monoethanolamine (MEA) and 2) a primary amine represented by the following formula (1) and having high steric hindrance. Releasability of CO 2 or H 2 S during regeneration of the absorbent is thereby improved, and the amount of water vapor used during regeneration of the absorbent in a facility for recovering CO 2 or H 2 S can be reduced. R 1 to R 3 : H or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, at least one of R 1 to R 3 being a hydrocarbon.

摘要: Provided are: a system for analyzing the CO 2 concentration of an amine absorbing solution whereby the CO 2 concentration of an amine absorbing solution can be automatically measured on-line, regardless of whether the absorbing solution has a high or low amine concentration; a CO 2 recovery system; and a method for operating the same. To analyze the CO 2 concentration of an amine absorbing solution which is utilized while being circulated between an absorption column 10, in which the amine absorbing solution is brought into a gas-liquid contact with a CO 2 -containing gas to be treated so as to absorb CO 2 , and a regeneration column 20 for regenerating the absorbing solution having absorbed CO 2 , at least one factor selected from among viscosity, electric conductivity and ultrasonic wave propagation speed of the amine absorbing solution is measured by a measurement device 40 and then the CO 2 concentration of the amine absorbing solution is computed by a controller 50 on the basis of the measurement result(s).

摘要: An absorption solvent regeneration device comprises: a regenerator for regenerating an absorption solvent by separating CO 2 from the absorption solvent which has absorbed CO 2 ; a main rich solvent line for supplying the absorption solvent which has absorbed CO 2 to the regenerator; a first heating part for heating the absorption solvent flowing through the main rich solvent line, the first heating part being disposed on the main rich solvent line; and a branch rich solvent line for supplying a part of the absorption solvent flowing through the main rich solvent line to the regenerator, the branch rich solvent line branching from the main rich solvent line. The branch rich solvent line includes: a first branch portion branching from a first branch point disposed on the main rich solvent line and upstream of the first heating part; and a second branch portion branching from a second branch point disposed on the main rich solvent line and downstream of the first heating part. The absorption solvent regeneration device further comprises a regulating part for regulating a ratio between a first flow rate of the absorption solvent flowing through the first branch portion and a second flow rate of the absorption solvent flowing through the second branch portion.
