摘要: An acid gas regenerator includes a regenerator condenser 40 that condenses moisture from entraining gas 41 entraining a corrosive substance and acid gas discharged from a column top portion of a regenerator 14 that regenerates acid gas absorbent. The regenerator condenser 40 includes: a gas discharge line that discharges the entraining gas 41 from the column top portion of the regenerator; a cooler 42 installed on the discharge line; a gas-liquid separator 43 that separates CO 2 gas from regenerator condensed water 44 obtained by condensing vapor using the cooler; a reflux line 40b that refluxes the regenerator condensed water 44 closer to the column top portion than the rich solution introducing unit 14a; a condensed water receiver 14e storing the condensed water 44 introduced by the reflux line 40b; and a first condensed water extraction line 14g-1 that extracts the condensed water 44 from a condensed water extractor 14f of the condensed water receiver 14e and is connected to a lean solution supply line 53.

摘要: An absorbent is prepared by dissolving in water 1) monoethanolamine (MEA) and 2) a primary amine represented by the following formula (1) and having high steric hindrance. Releasability of CO 2 or H 2 S during regeneration of the absorbent is thereby improved, and the amount of water vapor used during regeneration of the absorbent in a facility for recovering CO 2 or H 2 S can be reduced. R 1 to R 3 : H or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, at least one of R 1 to R 3 being a hydrocarbon.

摘要: Provided are: a system for analyzing the CO 2 concentration of an amine absorbing solution whereby the CO 2 concentration of an amine absorbing solution can be automatically measured on-line, regardless of whether the absorbing solution has a high or low amine concentration; a CO 2 recovery system; and a method for operating the same. To analyze the CO 2 concentration of an amine absorbing solution which is utilized while being circulated between an absorption column 10, in which the amine absorbing solution is brought into a gas-liquid contact with a CO 2 -containing gas to be treated so as to absorb CO 2 , and a regeneration column 20 for regenerating the absorbing solution having absorbed CO 2 , at least one factor selected from among viscosity, electric conductivity and ultrasonic wave propagation speed of the amine absorbing solution is measured by a measurement device 40 and then the CO 2 concentration of the amine absorbing solution is computed by a controller 50 on the basis of the measurement result(s).

摘要: An absorbent according to the present invention is an absorbent for absorbing CO 2 or H 2 S, or both of CO 2 and H 2 S in a gas. The absorbent contains, as components, (a) a secondary linear monoamine, (b) a tertiary linear monoamine, and (c) a secondary cyclic diamine. When the concentration of the secondary linear monoamine (a) is more than 30% by weight and less than 45% by weight and the concentration of the tertiary linear monoamine (b) is more than 15% by weight and less than 30% by weight, absorbability of CO 2 or H 2 S, or both of CO 2 and H 2 S is good, and releasability of CO 2 or H 2 S that have been absorbed during regeneration of the absorbent is good. The amount of steam of a reboiler 26 used during regeneration of the absorbent in a CO 2 recovery unit 12 can be thus reduced.
