    摘要: An apparatus for controlling a variable displacement type hydraulic pump including an engine as a driving power source is disclosed. This controlling apparatus comprises means (5) for detecting the number of revolutions of the engine, means (6) for detecting a pressure of hydraulic oil delivered from the hydraulic pump, means (12) for setting with reference to the number of revolutions of the engine a pump absorption torque characteristic which monotonously decreases in relation to the number of revolutions of the engine, means (7) for looking for an inclination angle of a swash plate in the pump with reference to the pump absorption torque characteristic and the pressure of hydraulic oil delivered from the pump, means (8) for controlling the swash plate in the pump so as to assure the inclination angle of the swash plate, and means (7,9,10) for reducing the number of revolutions of the engine under a condition that an absorption torque absorbed by the hydraulic pump does not exceed an allowable torque of the engine. When the controlling apparatus is employed, the number of revolutions of the engine can be reduced as far as possible whereby a fuel consumption cost can be reduced correspondingly. Further, since the inclination angle of the swash plate in the pump can be increased as far as possible, an operational efficiency of the pump can be increased.

    摘要: An improvement in the nozzle touch mechanism of an injection press composite molding machine, in which the positional relation between the injection nozzle and the mold is not varied even when the horizontal injection unit expands or contracts on account of heat, initial alignment of the mold with the nozzle is easy, and thermal expansion or contraction of the mold and the nozzle is small. For this purpose, a mechanism (40) for adjusting the position of the injection nozzle (10b) is provided above a stand (9) for adapting the injection nozzle (10b) to abut on the lower mold (3), as well as a stopper (21) for positioning a base (14) at one end of the base (14) pivotally supporting a table (4) of the horizontal injection unit. The adjusting mechanism comprises a plurality of bolts for adjusting the vertical and horizontal positions of the injection nozzle and a heat insulating member may be interposed between the tip of each bolt and the injection nozzle to be in contact therewith.

    摘要: A service valve circuit in a hydraulic excavator having a predetermined actuator operation valve and which is connected for operating a special attachment. A confluence valve (17) which effects electromagnetic proportional flow-rate control is provided in a confluence circuit (16) that makes communication betwen the inflow circuits (3F, 3R) of two variable pumps (2F, 2R). There are further provided an electric switch (21) which turns on or off the confluence valve (17) depending upon a required flow rate, and a volume (22) which adjusts the flow rate after passing the confluence valve (17) over a range of a maximum of 1 to 2 pumps depending upon the required flow rate. The necessity of confluence for the flow rate required by the special attachment (e) or the confluent flow rate is set in advance to eliminate excess or lack of confluent flow rate. Therefore, there is no need of adjusting the flow rate depending on the number of revolutions of the engine, and no delay develops in the operation even when the operation of special attachment is switched into the turning operation or the running operation.
