The brake-side clutch section (12) has a two-layer structure, in which two one-way clutches (50) and (51) are arranged side by side in an axial direction. The one-way clutch (50) on one side is configured to interrupt a rotational torque in a forward direction, which is reversely input from the output side, through meshing of serrated projection and depression portions (23a) and (27a), whereas the one-way clutch (51) on another side is configured to interrupt a rotational torque in a backward direction, which is reversely input from the output side, through meshing of serrated projection and depression portions (33a) and (37a) arranged in an opposite direction to that of the projection and depression portions (23a) and (27a). Accordingly, the brake-side clutch section (12) serves as a two-way clutch.
