The invention relates to an apparatus for the final processing of a forming tool (5, 7) for a sheet-metal body part, in which, in a first operation for identifying a surface region (45) of a tool surface (9, 11) to be reworked, a sheet-metal part coated with a touch-up colour can be formed in a pressing operation by means of the tool and the surface region (45) to be reworked is detected with the aid of a colour impression of the sheet-metal part on the tool surface (9, 11), and then, in a second operation, the surface region (45) to be reworked can be reworked by a corresponding surface treatment. According to the invention, the apparatus has a processing device (31) which electronically detects the tool surface (9, 11) having the colour impression and, as a function of the intensity of the colour impression, determines the position and/or size of the surface region (45) to be reworked and accordingly reworks the latter.

Es wird eine Anlage zum automatischen Schleifen von gewölbten Flächen beschrieben, insbesondere von zu lackie renden Karosserieoberflächen eines Kraftfahrzeuges. Bei der Anlage werden sowohl das Schleifaggregat (9) maschinell geführt, als auch der Schleifblattwechsel am Schleifaggregat (9) automatisch vorgenommen. Hierzu sieht die Anlage ein Schleifblattmagazin (11), ein mit Flüssigkeit gefüllter Behäl ter (12) sowie eine Abstützplatte (14) vor. Außerdem weist das Schleifaggregat (9) im Bereich seines Schleiftellers (32) eine Klemmvorrichtung für das Schleifblatt (21) auf, die hydraulisch oder pneumatisch betätigbar ist.
