    摘要： A saddle-ride-type vehicle (1) which includes: a main frame (3) extending rearwardly and downwardly from a head pipe (8); a seat frame (5) extending rearwardly from the main frame (3); and a rider's seat (17) supported on the seat frame (5) from below. The seat frame (5) is disposed in an inclined manner toward the main frame (3) such that the seat frame (5) is spaced from a seat bottom surface (17b) of the rider's seat (17), thus forming a space S below the seat bottom surface (17b). A seat support member (10) is disposed in the space S. This provides a saddle-ride-type vehicle where the degree of freedom in layout of parts is increased by making use of a space formed below a rider's seat.
