    摘要: A flame-retardant resin composition comprising: (A) 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin and, blended therewith; (B) 0.1 to 100 parts by weight of red phosphorus; and (C) 0.5 to 100 parts by weight of a salt comprising a triazine compound and cyanuric or isocyanuric acid, wherein the number-average diameter of dispersed particles of red phosphorus in the resin composition is 50 to 0.01 mu m, and that of dispersed particles of the salt is 100 to 0.01 mu m. This composition has an excellent flame retardancy and maintains the properties inherent in the resin and, hence, is suitable for mechanical mechanism parts, electric components, electronic components, automobile parts, or the like.

    摘要: A flame retardant resin composition that is obtained by compounding

    (A) 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin,
    (B) 0.1-100 parts by weight of red phosphorous, and
    (C) 0.5-100 parts by weight of a salt formed from a triazine based compound and cyanuric acid or isocyanuric acid, wherein the number average dispersion particle diameter of the red phosphorus in the resin composition is 50-0.01 µm, and wherein the number average dispersion particle diameter of the salt formed from a triazine based compound and cyanuric acid or isocyanuric acid is 100-0.01 µm, is excellent in flame retardancy and maintains the essential characteristics of the resin, so that it can be suitably used for machine mechanism component parts, electrical component parts, electronic component parts, motor vehicle component parts, and the like.

    More specifically, provided are: (i) a production method for a polyarylene sulfide resin composition, comprising: a step of blending and melt-kneading a polyarylene sulfide resin (A), a thermoplastic resin (B) other than a polyarylene sulfide resin selected from the group consisting of a thermoplastic elastomer (b 1) and a hydrolyzable thermoplastic resin (b2), a carbonate (C), and a polyolefin-based wax (D); (ii) a production method for a molded article, comprising a step of melt-molding the polyarylene sulfide resin composition produced by the aforementioned production method; (iii) a polyarylene sulfide resin composition comprising: a polyarylene sulfide resin (A); a thermoplastic resin (B) other than a polyarylene sulfide resin selected from the group consisting of a thermoplastic elastomer (b 1) and a hydrolyzable thermoplastic resin (b2); a carbonate (C); and a polyolefin-based wax (D); and (iv) a molded article obtained by melt-molding the polyarylene sulfide resin composition according to any one of claims 6 to 10.
