摘要: An artificial leather including a base layer and a surface layer which is formed on one of surfaces of the base layer. The base layer includes bundles of microfine filaments and an elastic polymer. The surface layer includes the microfine filaments or includes the microfine filaments and the elastic polymer. The surface layer satisfies the relationship of X/Y ≥ 1.5 wherein X is the number of cut ends of the microfine filaments which exist in a region from a surface to a 20 µm depth in a cross section of the artificial leather, Y is the number of cut ends of the microfine filaments which exist in a region from a surface to a 20 µm depth in a cross section perpendicular to the cross section for determining X, and X > Y. The artificial leather having such surface layer exhibits a sufficient gloss without coating a pigment such as metallic powder.

摘要: A fabric consisting of a cellulose mixed ester fiber having an appropriate strength, fiber diameter, uniformity of fineness, and Tg, is used. A fiber consisting of 80 to 95wt% of said cellulose mixed ester and 5 to 20wt% of one or more water-soluble plasticizers selected from the group of polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, poly(ethylene-propylene) glycol, and end-capped polymers produced from them, is produced and said water-soluble plasticizers are removed by aqueous treatment to improve the heat resistance and strength, thereby providing a fabric having beautiful appearance achieved by color development properties and uniform fineness.

摘要: Porous acrylic fibers produced by a method comprising subjecting a spinning dope containing 0.3 to 20 parts by weight of poly(vinyl acetate) relative to 100 parts of an acrylic copolymer to a wet spinning to give fibers, crimping and cutting the fibers, subjecting the resultant fibers to a treatment by hot water at 90 to 100 DEG C for 30 to 120 minutes or by saturated steam at 90 to 130 DEG C for 10 to 90 minutes to thereby form porous fibers; and a pile fabric having pile portions which comprise the porous fibers in an amount of 3 wt % or more. In the pile fabric, respective single fibers are visible being separate and emphasized, and thus the pile fabric has an appearance being highly decorative and excellent in design characteristics.

摘要: A manufacturing method of an electret processed product, comprising the steps of allowing a section nozzle (22) to come into contact with a nonconductive fiber sheet (S) so as to cross in the lateral direction of the sheet while running the sheet, allowing the surface of the sheet on the opposite side of the contact portion to come into contact with or to immerse into a water surface, sucking water from the suction nozzle (22) so that the water can be passed through the sheet in the thickness direction of the sheet to penetrate the water into the nonconductive fiber sheet (S), and drying the nonconductive fiber sheet (S), whereby a high quality and high performance electret processed product can be manufactured at a low cost.
