摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft einen Filter (33) mit einer solchen Spule (3), ein Antriebsystem mit einem solchen Filter (33) sowie ein Verfahren zur Verminderung von Lagerströmen bei einer elektrischen Maschine (35). Der Spulenkern (1) der Spule (3) umfasst als Werkstoff nanokristalline Cellulose, insbesondere in Verbundwerkstoff eingebettet. Durch die gute elektrische Leitfähigkeit der Partikel der nanokristallinen Cellulose ist die Permeabilität eines Spulenkerns (1) etwa so hoch wie bei einem herkömmlich verwendeten Ferrit. Nanokristalline Zellulose oder ein Verbundwerkstoff aus Kunststoff oder ein Harz mit nanokristalliner Cellulose ist jedoch erheblich leichter bearbeitbar und weist ein geringes spezifisches Gewicht auf.

摘要: In such transformers as oil-filled transformers, if the transformer is placed within a ship or a floating wind power tower, there is a possibility that displacement may occur to a coil or core within a tank of the transformer if swinging or tiling continue to be added to the transformer by effects of waves or the like. The present invention provides a transformer which can withstand the effects of such waves. The present invention is a transformer provided with cores, coils wound around the cores, an upper core fastener and a lower core fastener which fix the cores from respective top and a lower core fastener which fix the cores from respective top and bottom directions, and a tank which houses the same, wherein: on the upper core fastener are disposed anti-vibration metal fitting for a core coil assembly incorporating the cores and the coils; the anti-vibration metal fittings have notches; and projections of shapes mating at the notches of the anti-vibration metal fittings are disposed on the inner side of the tank.

The plurality of support structures are provided between the ends of the primary and secondary coils and a frame, and each of the support structures comprises an insulator block and a wide insulating plate having a wider surface area than the bottom surface area of the insulator block. A top surface of the insulator block is abutted to the ends of the primary and secondary coils, and the wide insulating plate is disposed between the bottom surface of the insulator block and the frame.

A height of the uppermost part of a ferrite plate (80) arranged on a face of the magnetic pole core part at a side opposing a counterpart coil is equal to or greater than a height of an outer circumference of the electric wire (50) wound around the winding core part (81), and a height of the ferrite plate of a face at a side not opposing the counterpart coil is lower than the height of the outer circumference of the electric wire (50) wound around the winding core part (81). A magnetic gap length D2 can be reduced while maintaining the mechanical gap length D1, thereby the inter-coil coupling factor is improved, and the power feed efficiency and the maximum feed power are increased.
