On one hand, the separation of a rebroadcast video and an on-site displaying video on LED display screens around a gymnasium is implemented, thereby meeting different requirements of different countries; on the other hand, the present invention is compatible with the traditional LED video displaying technology, so that one screen can be used for multiple purposes.
