摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a lighting device (100), comprising the steps of: (a) weaving a fabric (1) comprising warp (4) and weft (3) yarns that form the core of the fabric (1), weft- or warp-woven optical fibres (5) within the fabric (1), said optical fibres (5) being formed by a core and a sheath surrounding the core, and binding yarns (2) forming part of the warp (4) or weft yarns, maintaining the optical fibres (5) inside the fabric (1); (b) treating the surface of the fabric (1) comprising the binding yarns (2) in order to form surface modifications (8) on the surface of the fibres (5); (c) removing the optical fibres (5) fully from the treated textile (1); and (d) inserting a portion of the fibres (5), grouped together in a bundle, into a translucent casing (9).

摘要: Textile web (1) for the production of a luminous device (2) comprising a plurality of contiguous illuminating regions (3, 4, 5) that can be selectively turned on or turned off, said web (1) incorporating adjacent optical fibres (10, 11) designed to emit, laterally, the light that passes through them, characterized in that each optical fibre is, over its length and from one illuminating region to another, alternately woven and then not woven with binding yarns (20), the alternation of the weaving and non-weaving of the optical fibres (10, 11) with the binding yearns (20) being reversed between two adjacent groups of at least one optical fibre, so as to define, for each illuminating region (3, 4, 5), a top side (16) comprising an illuminating web (26) of optical fibres woven with the binding yarns (20) and a reverse face (17) comprising a float of optical fibres (27) that are offset in a plane approximately parallel to the illuminating web (26).
