The method comprises: sending a data request packet for multimedia content; receiving IP addresses of a plurality of remote devices, the IP addresses of the plurality of remote devices being assigned by a scheduling server in response to the data request packet for multimedia content; accessing the plurality of remote devices according to the received IP addresses of the plurality of remote devices; and downloading multimedia file content corresponding to the data request packet from one or more of the plurality of remote devices according to the data request packet. By means of the technical solution of the present application, a scheduling server can schedule, according to a data request packet for multimedia content, a terminal device of a user to access a remote device for a particular purpose, which improves access efficiency, and also makes data sharing between terminal devices more efficient and convenient, improving user experience.

Disclosed are a data download method and device. The method comprises: based on a peer-to-peer network (P2P) manner, in the process of downloading data from a content delivery network (CDN), when detecting that the total number of clients connected to a locally existing P2P is updated, updating, by a client, a local download decision, a data identifier of data already downloaded and a data identifier of data to be downloaded being recorded in the local download decision (100); sending, by the client, the local download decision to other clients connected to the locally existing P2P, and receiving download decisions sent by other clients connected to the locally existing P2P (110); and comparing, by the client, the local download decision with the received download decisions, and when it is determined that the local download decision and any received download decision contain the same data identifier according to the comparison result, determining an adjustment policy with respect to the local download decision based on a data download state characterized by the same data identifier (120). This method avoids the repetitive download of data already downloaded, thereby effectively saving network resources.

Disclosed are a node distribution method and control center, the method comprising: receiving a scheduling request message sent by a UE; according to the scheduling request message, checking whether the UE is in a predetermined set; if yes, then checking whether the bandwidth of the node configured for the UE is occupied, and obtaining the check result, the node being a preferred node preconfigured for the UE; according to the check result, scheduling the UE to access the preferred node or other nodes. The node distributing method and control center provided in the present invention can balance the pressure between nodes, preferentially use resources, improve the quality of service of nodes, and increase website response speed.
