    摘要: An unbalanced antenna having a radiation conductor and a ground conductor provided with a predetermined gap therebetween is provided. At least a predetermined part of the ground conductor, the predetermined part being opposed to the radiation conductor, is left so that it keeps functioning as a pole for forming a near electromagnetic-field distribution together with the radiation conductor opposed to the ground conductor. Further, a part of the reduced ground conductor, the part being near an end at a predetermined distance from the feed section, includes a conductor having low conductivity for obtaining impedance matching. Where the ground conductor is significantly reduced, mode mismatch inevitably occurs. Therefore, at least one part of an external conductor of a coaxial feed line connected to the feed section is covered by a current absorber, so as to forcefully reduce a leakage current. Subsequently, the ground conductor can be reduced and the antenna characteristic can be maintained.

    摘要: The invention discloses a method for forwarding multimedia messages (MMs) between different multimedia messaging service centers (MMSCs), comprising: a) an originator MMSC receiving a MM submitted by an originator terminal, then editing and generating a routing forward request message; b) the originator MMSC sending the routing forward request message generated in step a) to a recipient MMSC; c) the recipient MMSC returning a routing forward response message to the originator MMSC after receiving the routing forward request message; d) the recipient MMSC delivering the MM according to the MM related information contained in the routing forward request message; and e) the recipient MMSC generating a delivery report according to the current delivery status and sending it to the originator MMSC. With this invention, the problem is solved that the originator MMSC cannot exactly know whether the MM has been correctly delivered to the recipient terminal from the originator terminal under the condition the recipient terminal does not generate a delivery report in the process of MM forwarding.

    摘要: A gait waveform feature extracting method and an individual identification system extract features of the gait waveform. A one-step waveform corresponding to one step of a walking movement is specified using, as an index, a peak amplitude corresponding to a state where substantially a whole bottom surface of one foot is in contact with the ground and a toe of the other foot is just after leaving the ground among the electric field displacement formed on the human body in accordance with the human body's walking movements. Based on the specified one-step waveform, the features of the one-step waveform are extracted, so that the peak amplitude appears without influence from electric-charge interference between the right and left legs. Accordingly, the one-step waveform reflects the actual one step of the walking movement, and therefore, the features of the one-step waveform can be precisely extracted.

    摘要: A secondary battery 101 of the present invention is comprised such that a heat-sensitive element 133 which varies in resistance value due to change of temperature is not placed on a path through which a charge or discharge current flows into or out of a storage battery device 111. Accordingly, when a main switch element 114 generates heat due to an overcurrent, a change in resistance value of the heat-sensitive element 114 resulting from the heat will allow an auxiliary switch element 122 to be turned ON, thereby causing first and second auxiliary fuse elements 135a and 135b to be blown. The charge or discharge current causes no power consumption at the heat-sensitive element 133, thereby providing high efficiency. The heat-sensitive element 133 can be reduced in current capacity for use and it is suitable for compact design.
