The present invention relates to a magnetic mono-component toner composition, and more particularly to a mono-component toner composition that comprises magnetic toner particle comprising a binder resin, a magnetic component, and a charge control agent; a hydrophobic treated silica having a specific surface area of 20 to 80 m2/g; a hydrophobic treated silica having a specific surface area of 130 to 230 m2/g; and a metal oxide fine powder. A magnetic mono-component toner composition of the present invention has such good flowability that it provides smooth toner supply even when the developing roller surface has been worn due to long time use, and it has such excellent uniform chargeability that it prevents image deterioration ('wave' patterns of toner may form on developing roller, that is, magnetic sleeve) by forming an uniform toner layer on the developing roller.

This invention relates to a zinc negative electrode for zinc-nickel secondary batteries, a preparation method thereof, and a zinc-nickel secondary battery containing the same. Said zinc negative electrodes comprise a current collector and negative electrode active materials coated on the current collector, wherein the negative electrode active materials contain zinc oxide, a binding agent, and hydrophobic conductive porous granules, said hydrophobic conductive porous granules are carbon black on which hydrophobic materials are absorbed, and said hydrophobic conductive porous granules are evenly distributed in the negative electrode active materials. Since the negative electrodes of this invention contain hydrophobic conductive porous granules being evenly distributed in and outside the zinc negative electrodes, they can provide transmission pathways for oxygen and enable oxygen to not only be reduced on the surface of the electrode, but also be reduced within the electrode. Such that the efficiency of oxygen recombination at the zinc negative electrodes is significantly increased, the internal pressure of a battery is significantly reduced, and the overcharging-proof property of a zinc-nickel battery is significantly improved.

The invention concerns a method and an assembly for over-moulding an at least partially tubular element by plastic material compression. Said tubular element has an inner surface (22a) and extends along a elongation direction (8). The invention is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps: a) using a mechanical device (6) extending between a proximal end and a free end, and having a rigidity such that it extends in its radially restricted state along a substantially rectilinear axial direction (8) and said shape is self-maintained. b) placing the mechanical device in its radially restricted state, c) maintaining the mechanical device by its proximal end and inserting the mechanical device inside the tubular element by translation along said elongation direction, d) bringing the mechanical device in its radially expanded state, e) closing said mould for compressing the plastic material.
