摘要: The invention relates to a metallic-colored thermoplastic molding compound that contains metal tinsel in different admixtures. The invention further relates to a method for producing said molding compound and to its use for shaped bodies that have openings. When the inventive molding compound is used, visible flow marks do not occur so that the quality of the articles so produced is improved. According to the invention, the percentage by weight of metal tinsel in the thermoplastic molding compound ranges between 6 and 15 %, and the size of the tinsel is not normally distributed but the molding compound contains only tinsel particles of substantially the same size even when tinsel mixtures are used.

摘要: The invention relates to a tank-cleaning device, comprising a housing (1) which can be introduced into an opening of a tank. Said housing (1) has a rotationally fixed housing part (2) which is connected to a supply line for the cleaning liquid, and a nozzle holder (4) which rotates about a first axis of rotation (5) in relation to the rotationally fixed housing part (2). The device also has at least one nozzle arrangement (6) which is arranged on the nozzle holder (4) in such a way that it can rotate about a second axis of rotation (7) and which has four nozzles (8, 9, 10, 11). The device has a simple construction and is able to clean tanks with narrow openings thoroughly. To this end, the nozzles (8, 9; 10, 11) of the nozzle arrangement (6) can be arranged e.g., in pairs at an acute angle (12) to each other, so as to form a V-shape (13, 14), with the two Vs (13, 14) pointing in essentially opposite directions (15).

摘要: The invention relates to a dual-seat valve able to switch in a leak-free manner. To this end, the invention provides for the valve seat and the closing member each to have a cylindrical surface, which together form a throttle gap. During the cleaning stroke of the closing member, pressure peaks in the leakage chamber are avoided. Furthermore, when the seat is cleaned the cleaning agent flow is comparatively insensitive to tolerances in the cleaning stroke.

摘要: The invention relates to an assembly tool for assembling a sealing ring (3) in a ring groove (4, 9) of a machine component (1, 7), especially a valve disc (7). The aim of the invention is to produce the assembly tool in a simple and cost-effective manner. The assembly tool (10, 23) comprises a pneumatic piston-cylinder unit (11, 12, 26, 27) for evenly pressing the sealing ring (3) into the ring groove (4, 9). The inventive assembly tool is versatile, can be used in a mobile manner and enables to reliably assemble sealing components in such a way that nobody is injured.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for the photomechanical production of structured surfaces on a pattern support as an image for an electronically stored original, in particular for exposing offset plates. The invention further relates to a device for carrying out the process. The original is broken down electronically into partial images which are displayed successively on a liquid crystal screen and reproduced on the pattern support such that the images recombine to form a total image of the original on the design support. The information in a partial image is checked and the partial image is reproduced on the pattern support according to this check.

摘要: When plastic pieces of plural different types of resins fed into a hopper are agitated to be triboelectrically charged, the plastic pieces are not imparted with sufficient amounts of charges or proper polarities which are required for separation of the plastic pieces if there are great differences in quantity between the different types of plastic pieces. This makes it impossible to properly separate the plastic pieces. Where the amount of pieces of a particular plastic to be separated is small, pieces of the particular plastic are additionally fed as a triboelectrification agent into a triboelectric charger (3) and agitated with the plastic pieces. Thus, different types of plastic pieces (1) (e.g., PVC and PE) are prevented from being imparted with the same polarity and are imparted with different amounts of charges, so that the separation can assuredly be carried out in an electrostatic separating section (G) for recovery of the particular plastic pieces.
