    摘要: One or more techniques and/or systems for detecting edges in images of objects subjected to imaging using imaging apparatus are disclosed, such that the effect of image noise on the edge detection can be mitigated. Ratios of intensity values (e.g., signal values) for a subject region (e.g., a pixel) and respective adjacent regions are determined. An adaptive threshold value is determined for respective adjacent region pairs. The ratio value is compared to the adaptive threshold value for respective adjacent region pairs, to determine whether an edge is present between the respective adjacent region pairs.

In some embodiments, the detector unit comprises a radiation detection sub-assembly and an electronics sub-assembly. The electronics sub-assembly comprises electronic circuitry, embedded within a molding compound, configured to digitize analog signals yielded from the radiation detection sub-assembly and/or to otherwise process such analog signals. The electronics sub-assembly also comprises a substrate, such as a printed circuit board, configured to route signals between the electronic circuitry and a photodetector array of the radiation detection sub-assembly and/or to route signals between the electronic circuitry and digital processing components, such as an image generator, for example.

In some embodiments, the reinforcement cord is incorporated into a composite product, such as a tire. In some embodiments, the contrast agent improves and/or enhances the discernibility of the reinforcement cord in a composite product during a radiation examination, such as a computed tomography (CT) scan.     摘要: A method includes obtaining first 3D imaging data for a volume of interest. The first 3D imaging data includes structural imaging data and a target tissue of interest. The method further includes obtaining 2D imaging data. The 2D imaging data includes structural imaging data for a plane of the volume of interest. The plane includes at least three fiducial markers of a set of fiducial markers. The method further includes locating a plane, including location and orientation, in the first 3D imaging data that corresponds to the plane of the 2D imaging data by matching the at least three fiducial markers with corresponding fiducial markers identified in the first 3D imaging data and using the map. The method further includes visually displaying the first 3D imaging data with the 2D imaging data superimposed over at the corresponding plane located in the first 3D imaging data.
