The invention relates to an electromagnetic spring pressure brake comprising a coil carrier (1) provided with a coil (2) fixed therein for ventilating the brake, and a co-operating armature disk (3) which is axially pushed away from pressure springs (12) arranged on the periphery, by said pressure springs, and is axially guided on bolts (13). The invention is characterised in that the form and the material of the coil carrier (1) are optimised in terms of weight and magnetic flux with the coil (2) contained therein. The aim of the invention is to obtain a high level of torque with a small structure and to structurally integrate the brake into a very narrow region e.g. a robot arm. To this end, light materials such as aluminium and thin disks are used, but magnetic and friction properties must be maintained in order to achieve a high level of torque.

The invention relates to a drive assembly for a carriage (13) that can be displaced preferably in a vertical manner. Said assembly comprises a stationary corresponding gear rack (1), with an assigned pinion of a drive motor (22) that is situated on the carriage and comprises a fail-safe brake (23) on the B end plate, said pinion being driven by a gear (21) to displace the carriage (13) in a vertical manner. An auxiliary carriage retaining device can be engaged if necessary to secure the vertically displaceable carriage (13). To obviate the need for manual work to increase the operational safety during the set-up of the carriage and its associated machine-tool, the retaining device is located on the carriage as an auxiliary brake unit (20) and is configured to engage directly in the gear rack (1) by means of its own pinion (2), which runs along inactively during the normal displacement of the carriage (13). The brake unit (20) can be operated independently of the fail-safe brake (23) of the drive motor (22).

Um eine kostengünstige, einfache und platzsparende Kupplung mit hohem übertragbarem Drehmoment zu schaffen, welche ein günstiges Verhältnis von Außendurchmesser (D) zu Bohrung (d) und somit ein geringes Massenträgheitsmonent hat, wird die Klemmnabe (1) einteilig ausgeführt und die Verzahnung (12) auf dem kleinstmöglichen Durchmesser angeordnet, um eine Montage der Nachstellmutter (14), der Tellerfedern (6) und der Druckscheibe (3) auf der einteiligen Klemmnabe (1) zu ermöglichen.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Mikroschalter (1) mit elektrischen Kontakten, die über einen Stößel (2) zu betätigen sind, der an einem Schalthebel (3) anliegt, der über ein weitgehend starres Festgelenk (4) einstückig mit einem Zwischenhebel (5) zu einem Winkelhebel (3, 5) verbunden ist. Der Schalter soll eine billige Massenfertigung ermöglichen, trotzdem aber bei der Übersetzung kleiner Wege in große Wege eine lange Lebensdauer haben und zuverlässig arbeiten. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß der Winkelhebel (3, 5) einstückig über ein federndes Gelenk (6) mit einer Seitenwand (7) einer Grundplatte (8) verbunden ist, wobei die Seitenwand (7) von der Grundplatte (8) einstückig abgewinkelt ist.
