    Abstract: The present application relates to a spray ring, a stator, a stator assembly, a motor, and an electric vehicle. The spray ring (10) includes an annular disc (1) and an annular cylinder (2) coaxially arranged with the annular disc (1). The annular cylinder (2) has an end connected to a first end of the annular disc (1) in an axial direction of the spray ring (10), and a connection between the annular cylinder (2) and the annular disc (1) occurs at an outer end of the annular disc (1) in a radial direction of the spray ring (10). A region for accommodating a member to be cooled is formed between the annular cylinder (2) and the first end of the annular disc (1). The annular disc (1) has a first hole (123) for spraying of cooling liquid towards the member to be cooled in a first direction; and a side wall of the annular cylinder (2) has a second hole (21) for spraying of cooling liquid towards the member to be cooled in a second direction. The first direction is different from the second direction.

    Abstract: An axial flux motor, an electric device, and a vehicle are provided. The axial flux motor includes a housing defining an accommodation space, a stator assembly, a rotor assembly, and a partition assembly. The stator assembly and the rotor assembly are arranged in the accommodation space in an axial direction of the axial flux motor. The partition assembly includes a partition body arranged between the stator assembly and the rotor assembly. The housing cooperates with the partition body to form a cooling space for accommodating a coolant and the stator assembly, and the coolant in the cooling space is in direct contact with the stator assembly. With the above implementation, the partition body is disposed between the stator assembly and the rotor assembly, such that an inner space of the housing is reasonably utilized and thus the structure of the axial flux motor is more compact. The housing cooperates with the partition body to form the cooling space. The coolant is in direct contact with the stator assembly, such that heat exchange between the coolant and the stator assembly is efficiently achieved to improve the cooling efficiency of the stator assembly.

    Abstract: Provided are a spray ring (100) for alleviating a problem of uneven cooling of an electrical motor (200) of a vehicle (300). The spray ring includes an annular body (10) configured such that a flow passage is formed between the annular body (10) and an external component. The annular body has a first spray hole (15) and a second spray hole (16) that are in communication with the flow passage. The first spray hole has an output direction different from an output direction of the second spray hole. Therefore, a cooling medium can be sprayed on different parts of the winding (40) of the electrical motor through the first spray hole and the second spray hole to cool the different parts of the winding. Therefore, a contact area between the winding and the cooling medium is increased, which can optimize a heat exchange coefficient. In addition, the winding can be cooled more evenly, and thus local overheating can be avoided.

    Abstract: This application provides a vehicle and a chassis thereof. The vehicle includes an upper vehicle body and a chassis. The chassis includes a lower vehicle body and a plurality of battery cells. The lower vehicle body includes a frame, and the frame has an accommodation cavity. The battery cells are mounted in the accommodation cavity of the frame, so that the frame of the lower vehicle body can also serve as a battery box. This eliminates some redundant structures of a conventional battery, increases a range of the vehicle, and achieves effects of weight reduction and cost reduction. The upper vehicle body is detachably connected to the chassis. Through disassembly or assembly, the upper vehicle body can be separated and decoupled from or connected to the chassis, to implement separate development of the upper vehicle body and the chassis. In this way, the upper vehicle body and the chassis can be replaced as required, to shorten a research and development cycle and reduce costs.
