摘要： There is provided a novel compound of Formula I and a use thereof for the prevention or treatment of a disease associated with SOS1. In one aspect of the present invention, the novel compound is useful for the prevention or treatment of a SOS1 mediated disease such as cancer and RASopathy by inhibiting the interaction between SOS1 and RAS family proteins or between SOS1 and RAC1.
