摘要: The present invention relates to a liquefied-gas regasification system and method for vessels, which enable stable operation of a cycle, in which a heating medium for heat exchange with a liquefied gas circulates, by maintaining operation conditions for regasification of the liquefied gas at a main point of the cycle. The liquefied-gas regasification method includes gasifying a first heating medium condensed into a liquid phase through heat exchange in a vaporizer; supplying the gasified first heating medium to an expander-generator to generate power through expansion of the gasified first heating medium, and supplying the expanded first heating medium to the vaporizer while controlling a pressure upstream or downstream of the expander-generator to control a pressure downstream of the vaporizer.

摘要: Disclosed herein are a fuel supply system for ships and a fuel supply method using the same. The fuel supply method includes: 1) supplying an excess amount of liquefied gas as fuel to an incompressible fluid-fueled engine (E); 2) cooling unconsumed fuel discharged from the engine (E) through heat exchange with liquefied gas discharged from a storage tank (T); 3) returning the unconsumed fuel discharged from the engine (E) and having been cooled through heat exchange in step 2) to the storage tank (T); and 4) supplying the liquefied gas discharged from the storage tank (T) and having been used as refrigerant for heat exchange in step 2) to the engine (E). The fuel supply method can prevent cavitation in the engine (E) by supplying the excess amount of liquefied gas sufficient to accommodate variation in load of the engine (E) as fuel to the engine (E).

摘要: The present invention relates to a device and a method for processing boil-off gas in a liquefied gas regasification system and, more particularly, to a device and a method for processing boil-off gas in a liquefied gas regasification system, wherein, even if there is no or little amount of regasified gas to be sent in a liquefied gas regasification system, boil-off gas can be reliquefied and recollected. A device for processing boil-off gas in a liquefied gas regasification system according to the present invention is a boil-off gas processing device for processing boil-off gas generated in a liquefied gas regasification system, the boil-off gas processing device comprising: a fuel compressor for compressing boil-off gas at a pressured required by a fuel consumer; a high-pressure compressor installed at the rear end of the fuel compressor in series with the fuel compressor so as to compress the low-pressure boil-off gas, which has been compressed by the fuel compressor, at a pressure required by a regasified gas consumer; a low-temperature heat exchanger for cooling the high-pressure boil-off gas compressed by the high-pressure compressor; a pressure-reducing device for reducing the pressure of the high-pressure boil-off gas, which has been cooled by the low-temperature heat exchanger, to the inner pressure of a liquefied gas storage tank for storing the liquefied gas; and a liquefied gas drum for separating flash gas generated by the pressure-reducing device in the pressure-reducing process, wherein liquid-state reliquefied boil-off gas separated from the liquefied gas drum is recollected into the liquefied gas storage tank.

The apparatus for reliquefaction of boil-off gas for a vessel, according to the present invention, which is a reliquefaction apparatus for reliquefying boil-off gas generated in a liquefied gas storage tank installed on a vessel, comprises: a compression unit for compressing the boil-off gas discharged from the storage tank; and a heat exchanger for heat-exchanging the compressed boil-off gas compressed by the compression unit with the boil-off gas discharged from the storage tank, wherein the apparatus for reliquefaction of boil-off gas for a vessel further comprises: a first expansion means for dividing the boil-off gas passing through the heat exchanger into at least two flows including a first flow and a second flow, and expanding the divided first flow; a first intercooler for cooling the second flow remaining after the division of the first flow by using the first flow expanded by the expansion means as a refrigerant; and a receiver for receiving a second flow having passed through the first intercooler, in which a downstream pressure of the compression unit is controlled by a flow discharged from the receiver.

摘要: The present invention relates to an insulation structure, for a liquefied gas cargo hold, having an anchor strip removed, a cargo hold comprising the insulation structure, and a liquefied gas carrier comprising the cargo hold. A thermal protection member is substituted for an existing anchor strip, thereby effectively preventing damage on an upper insulating panel, due to a hot gas and heat transfer during welding of a membrane, by means of the thermal protection member as well as enhancing the fixing force of the membrane. The weight of a cargo hold can be reduced by means of forming the thermal protection member from a material in which aluminum foil is covered with glass cloth. And by means of removing an existing SUS anchor strip, rivet processing is not required and thus constructability can be enhanced.
