摘要: A composite phase change material, including 65 to 80 parts of a phase change material by weight and 20 to 35 parts of a binder by weight. The binder includes an acrylate monomer having a molecular weight of 50 to 300, an acrylate polymer having a molecular weight of 500 to 2000, and an initiator. The initiator in the composite phase change material can generate free radicals under the condition of ultraviolet light irradiation to initiate polymerization reactions between components of the composite phase change material, so that the composite phase change material is cured, thereby greatly accelerating a cure speed of the composite phase change material. In addition, after being cured, the composite phase change material does not flow when heated, providing good reliability.

摘要: A rapid-deployment switch driving circuit for power from a battery includes a discharge circuit, a switch driving port, a voltage generating circuit, and a port conduction circuit. The discharge circuit supplies a voltage to the voltage generating circuit. The voltage generating circuit boosts the voltage to a driving voltage. The driving voltage controls an electronic switch module connected to the switch driving port to turn on or turn off. The port conduction circuit controls the switch driving port to make a connection between the voltage generating circuit and the electronic switch module according to a first control signal of a microcontroller. A battery controlling circuit is also disclosed.

摘要: The present application discloses a cell, a battery, a manufacturing method of a cell, and an electronic device. The sealant comprises an exposed portion extending out of the top sealing, the exposed portion is provided with an avoidance area and/or a thinning area, and the avoidance area and/or the thinning area is provided for bending of the tab. The exposed portion of the sealant can bend along the avoidance area and/or the thinning area, so that the length of the sealant after bending in a length direction of the cell is reduced, which is conductive to reducing the packaging space of the cell and improving the capacity of the cell.

摘要: This application discloses a cell structure and a battery using the same. The cell structure includes a cell body and a first positive tab and a first negative tab that are electrically connected to the cell body, and the first positive tab and the first negative tab are located on different sides of the cell body. The cell structure further includes a second positive tab or a second negative tab that are electrically connected to the cell body, the first positive tab and the second negative tab are arranged on the same side of the cell body to supply power to a battery protection board, or the first negative tab and the second positive tab are arranged on the same side of the cell body to supply power to the battery protection board. In the cell structure according to this application, there is tab output on both sides of the cell body, which can meet the demand for excessive current. In addition, the tabs on both sides of the cell body can make a charging and discharging loop of the cell structure smoother. In addition, the tabs with excessive current are located on different sides of the cell structure, decentralizing heat sources and reducing temperature rise caused by generated heat.

摘要: This application discloses a battery assembly and a battery detection system and method. The system includes a battery assembly and an electronic device. The battery assembly includes a first connector and a detection module connected to the first connector. The electronic device includes a second connector and a control module connected to the second connector. When the first connector is connected to the second connector, the detection module is configured to output first identification information to the electronic device through the first connector. When the second connector receives the first identification information, the control module confirms that the battery assembly is in a connected state. After the first connector is disconnected from the second connector, the detection module generates and outputs second identification information. When information received by the second connector changes from the first identification information to the second identification information, the control module confirms that the battery assembly is disconnected. The battery detection system according to embodiments of this application can identify detachment of a battery and ensure safety of the battery and the electronic device in use.
