    摘要: It is proposed that the known heat-set printing process for planographic and relief printing should be improved by the use of a short ink mechanism with an engraved roller and ink-scraping device and a printing ink which is solid at room temperature and can be liquefied by heating, and by ensuring that the ink-scraping unit and ink-conducting components of the printing system are set to a temperature above the liquefaction temperature of the printing ink. This prevents the production of waste gas and eliminates the danger of harmful and/or explosive vapour/air mixtures; obviates the need for facilities for drying the ink and processing the waste gases; and reduces energy consumption and the emission of carbon dioxide, heat and combustion by-products.

    摘要: Verfahren zum qualitätskontrollierten Veredeln von Oberflächen mit einer strahlungsgehärteten Oberflächenveredelung, bei welchem eine Veredelungsformulierung auf die Oberfläche aufgetragen und unter Einwirkung von Strahlung polymer vernetzt wird.
    Um die Qualitätskontrolle nicht-destruktiv und mit verringertem Aufwand zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Veredelungsformulierung eine mit der Ionenbeweglichkeitsspektrometrie nachweisbare protonenaffine Indikatorsubstanz enthält und die aus der bedruckten oder beschichteten Oberfläche nach der Strahlenhärtung entweichende Indikatorsubstanz mittels der Ionenbeweglichkeitsspektrometrie nachgewiesen wird.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for supplying printing machines with printing ink or other similar colored chemical products in which the printing ink or the colored products can be delivered to an ink duct by means of an arrangement for dispensing high viscous media. The forwarded material is placed inside of a flexible plastic receptacle provided with a formed screw socket. The method provides that a) the pressure vessel (3) is configured as a piston-cylinder unit, b) the plastic receptacle (1) has a circular cylindrical shape such that the outer diameter of said plastic container fits within the inner diameter of the pressure vessel (3), c) a ring-shaped free space is produced in the outer foredge between the front of the plastic receptacle (1) and the cylinder cover (9) or the piston area of the main piston (6), and d) the plastic receptacle (1) inserted inside of the working area of the piston-cylinder unit can be axially compressed by the piston (6).
