摘要： A high-hat cymbal stand comprises a pedal (29) movable between an upraised start position and a lowered position and connected to a cymbal moving rod (31) being movable lengthwise by movement of the pedal (21) between its positions. A first cymbal (32a) is attached to the rod for being moved by the rod (31) as the rod moves lengthwise whereas a second cymbal (32b) being held in position on the stand for being struck by the first cymbal (32a) as it is moved by the pedal (21) and rod (31) to the lowered position of the pedal. A spring (27) is connected with the pedal (21) for returning the pedal to the start position and for correspondingly moving the pedal (21), the rod (31) and the first cymbal together. The spring (27) for returning the pedal (21) to its upper position is disposed in a container (28, 29) which is clampable to the stand (24) at selected vertical heights. The pedal (21) is raised until it contacts the bottom (29a) of the adjustable spring container (28. 29) whereby the height of the start position of the pedal (21) is adjustable. Independently, the tension of the spring (27) in the spring container (28, 29) is adjustable. The spring container (28, 29) is located next to and parallel to the rod (31) connecting a movable cymbal (32) to the pedal (21).

摘要： A device for clamping two axially telescoping rods in a selected telescoped position, includes a case (4) supported at the end of the outside one (1) of the two rods (1, 2) and the case (4) encloses an annular bush (3) wrapped around the inside one (2) of the two rods (1, 2). One side of the bush (3) is open for defining an axial gap. Terminal flanges (3a) extend away from the bush (3) at opposite sides of the gap. A shaft extends from the second of the terminal portions, through the first of the terminal portions and then outside the case (4). A two-position cam (6) is journaled to the shaft and is shaped to engage the exterior of the case (4). As the cam (6) is moved between its two positions, it selectively draws the terminal portion flanges (3a) together or permits them to move apart for selectively clamping or releasing the bush (3) on the rod (2). A spring normally biases the terminal portion flanges (3a) apart. A nut (12) screw-threaded received on the shaft (7) is adjustable along the shaft for defining the initial position of the second terminal portion with respect to the first terminal portion.

The hinge ball (17) has an attached rod (16) for holding a drum. The ball (17) is clamped at a selected orientation through a cam mechanism (18) comprising a rod (19) extending from the ball pressing to the ball receiving element and being attached to the ball receiving element (13a) through a nut (20) screwed onto the rod (19). A cam element (22) is attached to the rod (19) at the ball pressing element (12a). The cam element (22) is adjustable in its orientation for pressing upon the ball pressing element (12a) for drawing the rod (19) and the attached ball receiving element (13a) into a hinge ball clamping position with respect to the ball pressing element (12a).

摘要： A support and stop (15) for the upper cymbal of a high-hat cymbal, wherein the upper cymbal (5) is supported on a longitudinally movable supporting rod (9) by means of a bolt (16) with an upper holding nut (17) threadedly secured above it and a lower holding nut (18) threadedly secured beneath it. The upper and lower holding nuts (17, 18) have respective upper and lower terminal openings passing through them which have internal diameters approximating the diameter of the supporting rod (9) and being smaller than the internal diameter of the bolt (16). A clamping screw (8) passes through the upper holding nut (17), pressing the supporting rod (9) against the internal walls of the upper and lower terminal openings and canting the rod (9) in the terminal openings for locking the supporting rod (9) to the support (15). The cymbal (5) passes through a felt ring (4) which is secured to the exterior of the bolt (16) by the lower holding nut (18) below and by a locking nut (1) above, which locking nut (1) is located beneath the upper holding nut (17).
