The vapors coming from evaporation flow from the evaporation enclosure(s) to the feed (14) enclosure of the solution to be evaporated, to increase the mixing speed of liquid and vapors that pass through the evaporation area thus preventing the precipitation of particles or deposits on the heat exchange surfaces.
