    摘要: Method and device for completing the automatical matching of panels to be cut in patterned fabrics to ensure that the de­sign for each one of the panels to be cut is in its correct position. After defining a series of matching points on each of the patterns and recording as digital data in a memory the matching relationships for each one of these points are de­fined and stored as matching information in the memory, the matching itself is carried out using a TV-camera (12) installed on the cutting machine (11), capturing images from any point of the fabrics being spread in connection with a digital image processing unit which, by processing the images captured, fix the real position of the design on the fabrics. Matching device, integrated marking and a cutting system are connec­ted in such a way to process the image information with the predicted matching relations to generate an adjustment to the position initially assigned to each panel - in both directions and in orientation - and guarantee a perfect cut of the panels.

    摘要: The subject of this invention is the design of a mechanism for the feed of the paper in a flat plotter for drawing, which is cheap and has a high level of operational reliability. The mechanism consists of a reduction motor which rolls up the paper after it has passed through the drawing zone; in the drawing head an optical line reader is fitted which is designed to read a trace made by the drawing tool once the drawing has been completed in one window; when this trace is detected, a stop command is delivered to the rolling- reducer motor. Once the paper feed has stopped, in order to exactly join and continue the drawing of the following window in the correct form, the drawing tool carries out a search forthe trace at very low speed. When the line has been detected in this process, the plotter continues with the drawing operation in the correct place.

    摘要: Improvements to a cutting table with vacuum grip, consist­ing of the provision of the means required to connect the vacuum to a conveyor (14) on which the strip material (12) to be cut with a numerically controlled machine is fixed.
    In particular, the conveyor (14) is of the type made up by a succession of tiles (48) connected to the links of two chains (50) (or group thereof) which are closed and which slip or run along guides and mesh with at least two toothed wheels (54) which provide the movement.
    On the upper face of the loop formed by the succession of tiles, a bridge (20) runs with supports and movement dev­ices (30) of its own which provide it with the movement in - the same direction as the conveyor (14). - On this bridge (20), a carriage (22) moves with the tools for working the material (12). -
    In order to hold the strip material (12), a vacuum is applied in accordance with the subject of this invention, under the working surface, formed by the upper face of the con­veyor (14).- The said vacuum is applied to each of the tiles (48) which are hermetic enclosures with outlets only on the outside faces of the loop created by the conveyor (14).
