摘要: The invention relates to a compacting device for compacting powder, which comprises a working chamber (13) having a housing (12) at least partially surrounding said working chamber, a supply device (14), disposed on the housing (12), for supplying powder to be compacted to the working chamber (13), and at least one compaction roller (18, 19). Said roller is drivenly disposed inside the working chamber (13), has a roller sleeve (25) and defines, together with an opposite wall, a compaction gap (20) for compacting the powder. The aim of the invention is to provide a compacting device that has fewer metal parts. For this purpose, the at least one compaction roller (18, 19) consists, at least on the roller sleeve (25; 25a) thereof, of a ceramic material.

摘要: In a reactor (1) for decomposing a silicon-containing gas (2), to avoid silicon deposition on an inner wall (4) of a reactor vessel (3), it is provided that, within a reaction chamber (6) between at least one gas-feed line (12) and the inner wall (4), at least one catalytically active mesh (23) is provided. The mesh (23) accelerates the thermal decomposition of the gas (2) and decreases the deposition of silicon on the inner wall (4). In addition, a method for producing silicon using the inventive reactor (1), and the use of the silicon produced in photovoltaics, is described.

摘要: Bei einem Verfahren und einem Reaktor (1) zur Herstellung von Silizium ist eine Induktions-Vorrichtung (13) vorgesehen, die pulverförmige Siliziumpartikel (11) in einem freien Schmelzraum (6) des Reaktors (1) mittels sich in den pulverförmigen Siliziumpartikeln (11) ausbildenden Wirbelströmen induktiv aufschmilzt. Die aus den Siliziumpartikeln (11) entstehenden Siliziumtröpfchen (16) verbinden sich zu Siliziumtropfen (17), die in einem Erstarrungsraum (7) zu hochreinen und unmittelbar weiterverarbeitbaren Siliziumstücken (18) erstarrt werden.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing silicon which is suitable as starting material for producing a silicon melt for the production of silicon blocks or silicon crystals. The inventive method comprises the following steps: introducing a gas mixture from monosilane and hydrogen into a reactor, thermally degrading the gas mixture while forming silicon powder, separating the silicon powder obtained from the gas mixture, and mechanically compacting the removed silicon powder.
