摘要:
A method and a dowel system for attaching insulation materials (9) in the prefabrication of insulated concrete elements, comprising a dowel head and an attachment part. The attachment part comprises a wire having an essentially rectilinear wire member (7) and a hook part, and the dowel head comprises an anchoring disc (1) and a pipe part (2) having a through bore (5,6), through which bore (5,6) the straight part of the wire member (7) is inserted in connection with the attachment of the dowel head. The anchoring disc moreover has an opening in the form of a slot (3) in the anchoring disc and the pipe part (2). It is preferred that the pipe member (8) is placed around the wire member (7) in the bore (5) in connection with the attachment of the dowel head, and that the slot (3) has a width which also allows passage of the pipe member (8) when the wire member (7) and the pipe member (8) are bent for attachment of the dowel head and thereby attachment of the insulation material (9) on the concrete element.
摘要:
A foundation element (1), which comprises a front plate (2), an insulation element (3) as well as a plurality of columns (6) and beams (7), a method of mounting as well as use of the same foundation element (1), which element (1) both insulates, supports and minimizes the line loss in the foundation structure and also minimizes the consumption of concrete considerably relative to the normal consumption of corresponding foundations. It is moreover an object of the invention to minimize the consumption of time at foundations works.
摘要:
There is disclosed an insulated concrete panel with a reinforced 3, supporting back wall 2, a thick layer of insulation 6, 7 and a relatively thin concreted front wall 11 without reinforcement. The concreted front wall 11 is divided into sections or fields 12 which are divided by crack indicators 15. The crack indicators 15 are covered by a slide film 17, 18. The front wall 11 is covered by a plaster layer 10 which is reinforced by a glass fibre netting 9. When the front wall 11 is subjected to actions of force, e.g. by the wind or push/pull in the building parts or by thermal actions, the crack indicators 15 and the slide film 17, 18 will provide for distribution of the stresses arising in the concrete panel in each field 12 in the front wall 11. These stresses are distributed to the glass fibre netting 9 in the plaster layer 10 over the crack indicators 15. The risk of crack formation in the surface of the concrete panel is thereby reduced. A method for making the insulated concrete element and its use are also disclosed.
