Abstract:
There is disclosed an insulated concrete panel with a reinforced 3, supporting back wall 2, a thick layer of insulation 6, 7 and a relatively thin concreted front wall 11 without reinforcement. The concreted front wall 11 is divided into sections or fields 12 which are divided by crack indicators 15. The crack indicators 15 are covered by a slide film 17, 18. The front wall 11 is covered by a plaster layer 10 which is reinforced by a glass fibre netting 9. When the front wall 11 is subjected to actions of force, e.g. by the wind or push/pull in the building parts or by thermal actions, the crack indicators 15 and the slide film 17, 18 will provide for distribution of the stresses arising in the concrete panel in each field 12 in the front wall 11. These stresses are distributed to the glass fibre netting 9 in the plaster layer 10 over the crack indicators 15. The risk of crack formation in the surface of the concrete panel is thereby reduced. A method for making the insulated concrete element and its use are also disclosed.
Abstract:
Abstract:
The prefabricated stamped wall and the prefabricated stamped low wall consist of concrete (1) witch is enhanced with polypropylene fiber that consists of structural mesh (2), which results in the construction of walls and low walls with great resistance with embossed stone appearance and of a great variety in the choice of designs and colors. Furthermore the construction's soft approach to the natural environment is achieved at any geographic region and with whichever cultural-structural character, sparingly, without ruining the natural environment with the excavation of stone, and by offering aesthetic and unwearable choices.
Abstract:
The present invention is aimed at providing a wireless identification tag which can save information with high reliability that is free from the possibility of being lost or falsified, is not broken or melt in the concrete, can expand directionality of an antenna, be distributed in a cement product to be in an appropriate condition for radio communication, and has good adhesion and affinity with cement or the like. A wireless identification tag 1 mixed in a cement product in the manufacturing procedure thereof in which cement, an aggregate, water, or the like are mixed including a protection body 2 incorporating the wireless identification tag 1 having an antenna portion which can write/read information by radio communication, wherein a concave portion 3 is provided on the surface of the protection body.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a method for producing a component (1) with at least one internal conductor arrangement (2), comprising at least the following steps: a) providing at least one conductor arrangement (2); b) at least partly arranging a flowable composition (3) around the at least one conductor arrangement (2); c) solidifying the composition (3); d) processing at least one section of the conductor arrangement (2) that is surrounded by the composition (3). Moreover, a component (1) is specified which is formed with a composition (3) comprising concrete and at least one conductor arrangement (2) which comprises at least one flexible optical waveguide (6) having a transparent fibre material.

Abstract:
A lightened tile (1) is described, comprising a paving-tile block defined by an upper surface (3a) and by a lower surface (3b) mutually fitted by side edges (3c, 3d) , in which said lower surface (3b) is equipped with at least one lightening recess (5) . A process is further described for manufacturing such lightened tile (1) .
