摘要： Apparatus for condensing a drafted fibre sliver in a condensation area after the front roller pair on a drafting unit, where the condensation zone contains a suction element with a sliding surface with at least one suction slit essentially running in the direction of movement of the fibre sliver and a transport belt, which transports the fibre sliver over the sliding surface and which is at least air-permeable over parts of its surface, characterized by the following features: the transport belt (12), apart from the suction element (11), partially loops round a guide roller (13) placed at a distance from the suction element and flexibly arranged transversely on its axis of rotation, the guide roller (13) in the looping area and the transport belt (12) bear against a drive roller (14) and these are provided with the means to create a defined contact pressure between the guide roller (13) and the drive roller (14).

摘要： This invention relates to a ring spinning and twisting machine. The ring and/or traveller assembly has a surface coating of amorphous hydrogenated carbon film. The machine comprises means for sequentially and automatically loading and unloading cops, automatic ring centering means, a top arm assembly having independent locking and loading means wherein said loading means is modular. The longitudinal side of the ring frame has an intermediate frame member connected thereto through a set of interchangeable spinning boxes, the sides of the boxes adjacent to the frame member and the sides opposite thereto having at least three and two mounting means respectively. Drafting rollers are segmented and are disposed diagonally above each spindle of the machine. The segmented drafting rollers on either side are drivable separately. Control and regulating means are provided for controlling the speed of primary and secondary traversing of the roving condenser.

摘要： A bale plucking machine for plucking fibres from the bales arranged on both sides of the machine includes a trolley (1) with locking holes mounted on rails (2); a turntable (3) with an indexing hole rotatably mounted on the trolley (1); a tower (5) mounted on the turntable (3); a plucking head assembly (6) connected to the turntable (3) through a spring biased locking spindle housed inside the tower (5). The said plucking head assembly (6) includes at least one feed roller (8), at least one plucking roller (10) with at least one detachable strip of teeth attached to its outer periphery, a detachable suction hood (7) and an interchangeable grill assembly (9). A drive arrangement is provided to rotate the turntable (3) in a semicircular path so as to turn the plucking head assembly (6) from one side of the machine to its opposite side. The plucking head assembly (6) is lifted and lowered by lifting and lowering means comprising a shaft (4), at least one pair of rollers mounted on the shaft (4), a driving means for driving the shaft (4), and at least one pair of slings (11) one end of which is fixed to the tower (5) and the other end is attached to the said rollers.
