摘要： A method for controlling the composition of the cellulose containing extrusion solution in the production of cellulosic mouldings comprises (a) mixing cellulose with an aqueous amine oxide solution, (b) transforming the mixture into the extrusion solution by means of evaporating off water under reduced pressure with the input of shear energy, (c) extruding the extrusion solution to form the cellulosic mouldings, then coagulating them in a coagulation bath, and (d) washing the cellulosic mouldings formed to remove residual amine oxide; whereby in step (a) the relationship cellulose/amine oxide is maintained at a predetermined value by means of a pre-controller and the water content of the extrusion solution after leaving stage (b) is maintained at a pre-determined value by a means of main controller. The inventive method permits precise control of the solution composition.
