    摘要: According to the invention a material containing combustible components is burned or gasified in a circulating fluidized bed comprising a turbulence chamber (2), a solids separator (4) connected to the upper area of the turbulence chamber, a return line (6) leading from the solids separator to the turbulence chamber and a cooling device (15) for the indirect cooling of solids arriving from the solids separator. The cooling device comprises several fluidized beds (21, 22, 23) through which the solids pass one after the other. The first fluidized bed (20), into which the hot solids arriving from the solids separator are introduced first, is situated in a dechlorinating chamber (16). Fluidizing gas and at least one of the following dechlorinating additives: a) gaseous SO2 or a material which contains sulfur and releases SO2 in an oxidizing atmosphere, b) silicates and aluminium silicates, c) activated silicate, or d) other alkali-binding and HCl-releasing additives, are also introduced into the dechlorinating chamber in at least stoichiometric quantities so as to convert the alkali and metal chlorides contained in the arriving solids.

    摘要: According to the invention, liquid residual oil from processing crude oil, natural bitumen or oil sand is mixed in a mixer with hot coke as a heat carrier (heat-carrier coke) whereby 60 to 90 weight per cent of the residual oil is evaporated. The proportion of residual oil which has not evaporated, i.e. the part containing metalliferous asphaltenes is converted to oil vapour, gas and coke in the mixture with the heat-carrier. The gases and vapours are extracted from the mixer separately from the granular coke and are subsequently cooled to obtain an oil product and gas. The coke extracted from the mixer is re-heated and returned to the mixer as a heat-carrier. The liquid residual oil is mixed with heat-carrier coke in the mixer according to a weight ratio of 1:3 to 1:30, said heat-carrier coke being at a temperature of 500 to 700 °C. A residual liquid film forms on the granules of heat-carrier coke as a result of this mixing process. The majority of said residual film evaporates in the mixer at a lowest possible operating temperature of 450 to 600 °C. The remaining residual liquid film on the coke is converted to oil vapour, gas and coke during a retention time of 6 to 60 seconds. Dry, pourable coke is extracted from the mixer, said coke being essentially free of any liquid constituents. The gases and vapours produced are extracted from the mixer after a retention time of 0.5 to 5 seconds.

    摘要: Iron carbide (Fe3C) is produced from granulated sponge iron which has a maximum carbon content of 2 wt. % and is supplied from an iron ore reducing plant. The sponge iron is swirled with a gas containing carbon and a maximum 1.5 vol. % water in a fluidized bed reactor at temperatures ranging from 500 to 800 °C. A product is extracted from the reactor. The total iron content of said product is fixed at a minimum of 80 wt. % Fe3C. Preferably, methane or a gas containing methane is fed into the fluidized bed reactor as a gas containing carbon. A waste gas can be extracted from the top area of the fluidized bed reactor and hydrogen can be separated therefrom and at least partially directed into the reducing plant.

    摘要: The wet granulated iron ore is initially conducted through a drying zone. The ore leaves the drying zone at a temperature of 120-400 °C. The ore is then heated in direct contact with hot gas to temperatures of 700-1,100 °C before being delivered to a reduction zone. The ore coming out of the drying zone is fully or partially guided through a separating device so as to separate the ore into fine and coarse grain fractions. The fine-grained ore fraction is conveyed to a granulating device so as to produce an iron ore granulate which is conducted to the drying zone. The coarse-grained ore fraction is heated to temperatures of 700-1,100 °C before it is guided into the reduction zone.
