    摘要： An apparatus (100) for loading fibrous products is described comprising at least one motorised desilaging device (102), operatively connected to a self-propelled means (101), at least one conveyor belt, at least one container (103), fixed onto a frame (104) of the self-propelled means (101), and a driving cabin (105) that allows an operator to control the self-propelled means (101) and all the devices mounted on board the apparatus (100). The motorised desilaging device (102) is configured for loading the fibrous products onto the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is configured for conveying the fibrous products towards the container (103). The apparatus (100) comprises at least one access device (108) hinged to the frame (104) at the driving cabin (105). The access device (108) is provided with an actuation means (109) capable of moving the access device (108) between a first operative configuration, in which the access device (108) is in an opened out position, so as to be able to be used by the operator to get in and out of the driving cabin (105), and a second operative configuration, in which the access device (108) is in a closed up position, so as not to hinder the moving operations of the self-propelled means (101) and/or the actuation of the mobile devices mounted on board the apparatus (100).

The apparatus (100) comprises at least one second conveyor (111) operatively arranged between the first conveyor and the container (103). The second conveyor (111) is configured for receiving the fibrous products from the first conveyor and for distributing such fibrous products inside the container (103). The interaction between the second conveyor (111) and the first conveyor determines the collection point of the fibrous products inside the container (103), so as to distribute such fibrous products evenly, in other words to fill unfilled or empty areas of the container (103).

    摘要： Herein described is an apparatus for shredding and mixing fibrous products intended for preparing animal food products, of the type comprising a tank or vat within which there is mounted a shredding and mixing device consisting of a rotor or auger comprising a rotary shaft on which there is mounted a plurality of mixing elements. Each mixing element consist of a scraper blade operatively connected to an upper end of a supporting rod, while the lower end of the supporting rod is fixed on the lateral surface of the rotary shaft through a respective fixing plate. Each scraper blade is rotatable around the axis of the supporting rod thereof and it is provided with elastic means which allow the scraper blade to rotate around the relative supporting rod according to a predefined angle in the case where the scraper blade finds an obstacle during the rotation of the shaft, as well as returning the scraper blade in the initial position thereof at the moment when the obstacle has been overcome or removed. The axis of at least part of the supporting rods of the scraper blades is inclined according to two predefined inclination angles with respect to two corresponding planes respectively parallel and perpendicular to the axis of the rotary shaft. The predefined inclination angles are determined as a function of the rotation direction of the scraper blades and of the position of the scraper blades along the rotary shaft. The predefined inclination angles allow each scraper blade, though rotating around the axis of the supporting rod thereof, to always describe circumferences which maintain the scraper blade equally spaced apart from the inner surface of the tank or vat.
