The machine comprises a lower stationary jaw (25) detachably mounted on one end of an arm of a working machine for rotatable and tiltable movement, the lower stationary jaw having attached thereto a plurality of shearing blades (24a,24b), an upper movable jaw (27) having a plurality of shearing blades (26a,26b,26c) adapted to be opened and closed in a scissors-like manner relative to the shearing blades of the lower stationary jaw so as to shear an article to be sheared, and a hydraulic cylinder (28) for pivotally moving the upper movable jaw. The forward-end shearing blade (24a) of the lower stationary jaw and the forward-end shearing blade (26a) of the upper movable jaw are arranged in a staggered or angled manner relative to their respective adjacent shearing blades of the lower and upper jaws, respectively, so that the forward-end shearing blades of the lower and upper jaws, respectively, may be engaged and locked with each other, when moved in a vertical direction.

This shear has a single-row upper jaw (4) and a single-row lower jaw (1), with the upper jaw being driven by a built-in hydraulic cylinder (5a) to open and close with respect to the lower jaw.     摘要: A universal breaking machine (3) is provided which comprising a pair of movable arms (5) pivotably connected to a support frame (4) for open-close movement, and a hydraulic cylinder (6) for causing the open-close movement of the pair of movable arms (5). The pair of movable arms (5) are adapted to secure detachably, at the opposite, forward end surfaces thereof, a set of or a pair of tool rests (8) for long cutter (12) having a long cutter thereon, tool rests for short cutter (9) having, at the rearward end thereof, a short cutter of a length smaller than that of the long cutter, and having a crusher at the forward end thereof, or smashing blocks having a plurality of large protrusions. A secondary breaking attachment having a plurality of small protrusions thereon may be removably attached, as desired, to the opposite, forward-most surfaces of the pair of movable arms. In a preferred embodiment, a first ring is removably attached to a pivot portion of the pair of movable arms (5), at which the movable arms (5) are attached to the support frame (4), on the surface opposite to the surface on which the cutter is to be attached. A second ring, confronting the first ring, is also removably attached to the support frame (4).

    摘要: A cutting/crushing device for the demolition of buildings has a pair of jaws (1) that pivot on frame (2). The jaws (1) are constrained to pivot in synchrony because each jaw (1) remains engaged with a guide pin (12) which substantially prevents relative movement of the two jaws (1). The guide pin (12) is guided by a slot (13) in the frame (2), aligned with a plane of symmetry between the two jaws (1), to prevent it from moving toward or away from either jaw (1). By guiding the guide pin (12) in this way, frictional binding and wear of the guide pin (12) are minimized. In addition, the shape of the recesses (11) into which the guide pin (12) fits can have smaller tolerances reducing play between the two jaws (1). Stoppers on the frame press against the rotatable jaws when they are fully opened to prevent any play.

    摘要: This invention provides a highly breaking efficient, small-sized light-weight concrete breaker designed to break concrete into fine pieces of ballast size.

A plurality of straight lower cutting blades formed on the upper surface of the front end of the lower jaw 4 and a plurality of pointed upper cutting blades 7 are formed on the lower surface of the front end of the upper jaw 6. These upper and lower cutting blades are disposed to mesh with each other in zigzags as viewed from the side. When the upper and lower jaws are closed, concrete is finely broken in the clearances G between the upper and lower cutting blades.
