摘要： Method for treating known catalyzed hydraulic mixtures for making non polluting manufactured articles which can be freely stocked, comprising the following phases:
a) a shaping phase of the respective mixture in blocks having a regular or irregular geometrical form, for example a parallelepipedic form, a plate-like form or similar,
b) a pressing phase of said blocks under a high pressure which is equal to or higher than the working pressure of road rollers by the construction of roads, and
c) a block curing phase of, for example, about 60 days.
The obtained manufactured articles can be used in their actual form, that is for the building of walls and masonries, for forming foundations or yard floorings, for building temporary or final embankments, as for example artificial reefs. The obtained manufactured articles can also be crushed and utilized as inert materials as replacement of the natural or quarry aggregates.

摘要： Catalyzed hydraulic mixtures containing inert materials which are mainly, preferably fully, constituted by inert materials recovered from building demolition processes, and being ground and granulometrically separated to a range of 0.05-30 mm, and used in an amount from 20% to 60% by volume, blast furnace slags and/or blast furnace ashes, having a granulometry in a range of 0.05-3 mm used in an amount from 10% to 25%, ashes derived from burnt waste materials, for example urban waste materials or the like and comprising both heavy and light ashes with a granulometry in a range of 0.05-15 mm, used in an amount from 10% to 70%, wherein the catalyzers are selected to provide a basic environment with at least a pH 11, thereby the included salts can be recrystallized, with a consequent confinement of the polluting substances included in the slags. With said mixtures can be made non polluting articles.

The subject separating device (1) can be used as an end separating stage, and can practically provide a recovery of the actual end weight due to the residual presence of the light fraction comprising the wood rods (27) to prevent any disposal of in disposal sites, since the rods (27) are cleaned and accordingly can be reused. Moreover, the end inert material, after the above mentioned operation, is cleaner and has an improved value.
