摘要： A mold set is installed that consists of a male mold and a female mold having on its inner surface side a predetermined embossing pattern and predetermined vacuum suction fine holes. A vacuum suction mechanism for feeding a vacuum pressure to the vacuum suction fine holes comprises a receiving hole disposed at right angles with the reference plane for the mold with its front end extending toward the inner surface of the female mold over a distance less a predetermine distance, and having a predetermined diameter, and vacuum suction fine holes linearly extending from adjacent the front end of the receiving hole toward the inner surface of the female mold and consisting of a hole disposed at plane right angles with the inner surface of the female mold, holes radially disposed around the hole disposed at plane right angles, and so on. A spacer for controlling the cavity space to a suitable volume is installed at a guide pin along which the female and male molds slide-wise engage each other.

摘要： a method for producing a plastic product having a grained surface is disclosed. The method includes heating a sheet shaped laminate material made of a thermoplastic resin to a predetermined temperature, placing the heated laminated material between a male die and a female die. The female die has a grain pattern on an inner surface thereof and a plurality of minute holes therethrough. The method further includes closing the male die and the female die such that the heated laminate material is pressed against the inner surface of the female die by the male die, drawing the laminate material to the female die by a vacuum through the plurality of minute holes of the female die so that the grain pattern on the inner surface of the female die is transferred to the laminate material, injecting thermoplastic molten plastic material to a space between the laminate material and the male die, and cooling the injected thermoplastic molten plastic material so that the plastic product having a predetermined shape is formed between the male die and female die and the laminate material having the grain pattern is integrally laminated on the plastic product.

摘要： A lock pin 24 which can be fitted toward a pin-fitting hole 19 (lock pin hole) formed in a shaft 14 (restriction member) of a bell crank 4 is disposed in the turn-motion guide 6 (operation guide) of a base member 120. The base member 120 is provided with a case body 23 (cover body) which covers the base end 27 of the lock pin 24 from outside and which slidably supports the base end 27. A soft body 31 (cushion material) is interposed between the base end 27 of the lock pin 24 and a bottom 23b of the case body 23 opposed to the base end 27 in a state where the soft body 31 is fixed to the base end 27 of the lock pin 24. When the lock pin 24 is disposed at a normal position, the base end 27 of the lock pin 24 is supported by the bottom 23b of the case body 23 through the soft body 31.

摘要： An injection molding apparatus for producing a plastic product having a grain pattern thereon. The apparatus includes a female die having a grain pattern on an inner surface thereof, the female die further provided with a vacuum drawing mechanism for drawing a vacuum therethrough, and a male die having an injection aperture for injecting a thermal formable plastic material therethrough. The male die further includes a burr cutter adapted to slide fit in a gap between the male die and the female die and a guide pin with a spacer provided at four comers of the male die for controlling a distance between the male die and a female die.
