    摘要: A cold water discharge apparatus, (10) for discharging hot water from an outlet port (D7) when feed water is hot and cold water from a cold water discharge port (D4) when the feed water is cold, includes a temperature-sensitive first switching valve body (14) and a diaphragm-type second switching valve body (17). The first switching valve body (14) is configured to open a cold water discharge flow channel (D3) to discharge the cold water when feed water is cold due to expansion/contraction in response to the change in temperature of the feed water. The second switching valve body (17) is configured to open a discharge flow channel (D6) to discharge the hot water due to the pressure caused by the flow of hot water through the discharge flow channel (D6). The second switching valve body (17) is configured to close the discharge flow channel (D6) to discharge the cold water due to the pressure caused by the flow of the cold water through the cold water discharge flow channel (D3). The second switching valve body (17) is configured to open the discharge flow channel (D6) to discharge residual water from the cold water discharge flow channel (D3) upon being subjected to falling pressure of the downstream residual water of the outlet port (D7) as the cold water discharge flow channel (D3) opens when the residual water within the first switching valve body (14) after stopping water has cooled down.

    A drain unit includes a first cylindrical body 10 to be mounted on a drain port 112, a second cylindrical body 20 provided inside the first cylindrical body 10, and a water plug member 30 provided at the second cylindrical body 20. The water plug member 30 is capable of closing an opening of the second cylindrical body 20. A flow path 60 is provided between the first cylindrical body 10 and the second cylindrical body 20. The second cylindrical body 20 has an opening part 24 through which the flow path 60 and space in an inside part of the second cylindrical body 20 communicate with each other.
