摘要:
The present invention relates to a white or colored cementitious mixture for the manufacture of micro-concrete or normal concrete, mortar or pastes with thermochromatic properties, i.e., changing its color depending on the temperature at which the material is exposed. This color change is reversible after some time of exposure to another level of temperature. This cementitious mixture comprises the following components, in percentage in weight of the components relative to the total weight of the composition: a) 35-80% of white or gray Portland cement; b) 0.1-30% of finely ground limestone filler; c) 0.01-3% of powdered super-plasticizer; d) 0.01-3% of modified polyvinyl resins; e) 0.01-5% of dispersant of vinyl acetate and ethylene copolymers; f) 0.3-15% of encapsulated photochromic copolymers; and also one or more components selected from: g) 1-10% of binding regulator; h) 0.1-4% of zinc stearate; i) 1-20% of metakaolins; j) 5-60% of artificial pozzolans; k) 0.1-15% of inorganic pigments.

The present invention relates to a structure of cementitious material applied to the area of construction with color change capability, by means of electrochromic technology, as well as its method of production. More specifically, the present invention is an electrochromic structure of a cementitious material containing at least one electrochromic device (7) formed in at least one cavity (1) in turn formed on the surface of the structure of cementitious material, wherein the at least one electrochromic device (7) contains a first electrochromic element (2) and an electrically conductive electroactive element (8), insulated from each other by an electrolyte (3), wherein the structure of the present invention further contains means of application of a difference of potential (4) between the first electrochromic element (2) and the electroactive element (8). It is also object of the present invention the method of producing said electrochromic structure of cementitious material.

The present invention relates to a method for the application of optical fibres in cold moldable materials, such as concrete, or other cementitious materials produced from other binders such as plaster wherein optical fibre beams are embedded in such a way as to distribute the fibres according to a preset network mesh aimed at obtaining the desired pixelization effect in specific targeted areas. The invention also relates to pixelized materials which are obtained according to the method of the present invention.

This invention relates to a composite panel of flat surfaces and small thickness (4 to 40 mm), which is grey, white or coloured, resistant, rigid and has high performances in terms of resistance to impact, fire, humidity, temperature variation, noise and fungi, as well as to other microorganisms, along with its inherent architectural versatility, comprised by 20 to 50% of white or grey Portland cement; 5 to 50% of debarked resinous wood particles; 0.1 to 10% of a surface accelerator; 0.1 to 20% of aluminium sulphate solution; 2 to 50% of limestone filler; 0.5 to 20% of PVA fibers; 0.1 to 50% of light weight aggregates; and optionally 0.1 to 15% of inorganic pigments. The combination between the resistance and flexibility provided by the wood and the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fibers, and the durability and rigidity provided by the cement allows a large scope of applications, both in outer and inner spaces, on public or residential buildings, making it an inexpensive and easy solution to apply.
