摘要： A structural wall comprises a self-supporting wall (1) externally being provided with laths (4) for attachment of a base plate (5) for an outer plaster layer (10). 摘要： A method for making a plate-like fibre-reinforced product to be used as building or packing material, the method comprising: placing fibres on a lower laminate; applying a binding agent on the fibres so that the fibres are surrounded by the binding agent; transferring the fibres with binding agent between the lower laminate and an upper laminate between lower and upper rotating pressing plates (4, 3); allowing the binding agent to foam up, expand and harden between the upper and lower pressing plates. In order to economically manufacture such a product with desired physical and mechanical properties, the method comprises the steps according to which the fibres are made into a three-dimensional cohesive fibre mat of fibres bound together, the fibre mat having a moisture content of 5% at the most before the binding agent is applied onto the fibre mat, the binding agent is applied onto the fibre mat and the obtained mixture is subjected to a pressure of at least 0.8 bar and 5 bar at the most and is allowed to harden to a plate-like product having a thickness of 10 to 150 mm; and the lower and upper laminate are removed from the hardening product. The invention also relates to a manufacturing apparatus and a plate-like product.

摘要： In a method for making a house, a foundation plate (1) consisting of a lightweight concrete is cast directly; on a drained and levelled substratum such that it extends a distance (a) outside the external walls of the house. Grooves (2) are milled in the foundation plate (1) where prefabricated wall elements (5-8) later are to be erected, where the bottom of the grooves is exactly horizontal and at the correct level. Next, prefabricated wall elements (58) are placed into the respective grooves (2) and glued to each other and to the foundation in the grooves. The wall elements have a height which is about 45 cm larger than the inner roof height of the house in order to facilitate the casting of a sub-floor of lightweight concrete inside the house once pipes and conduits for sanitary and electrical installations have been laid, and after parts of the walls (5-8) which have been cut out to provide openings (3, 4) for doors and windows, have been placed on the foundation plate (1). Any floor heating or floor finishing is placed on the sub-floor. The house is provided with a roof (10, 11) which comprises roof elements, which also are made from lightweight concrete and are provided with tensile reinforcement. The lightweight concrete used may comprise EPS spheres, cements, additives providing adhesion between the EPS spheres and the cement, and the water. Through this method the cost of erecting the structure for the house may be reduced by 30-50 % as compared to traditionally made houses.
