    摘要: A resin sheet is provided that provide both light-weight properties and mechanical strength using a thermoplastic resin with high deflection temperature under load. The resin sheet 1 is formed from a thermoplastic resin, including: a core layer 2, the core layer being a foam resin layer; and skin layers 3 located outward of the core layer 2 as determined along the thickness direction, the core and skin layers forming a continuity. The core layer 2 includes a region A1 and regions A2 each located between the region A1 and the associated skin layer 3. The regions A2 has a lower average porosity than the region A1, said average porosity being lower than 50 %. The thermoplastic resin has a deflection temperature under load not lower than 90 °C. The resin sheet has a thickness of 1 to 40 mm. Each skin layer has a thickness of 5 to 50 % of the thickness of the resin sheet. Thus, in a thermoplastic resin having a deflection temperature under load not lower than 90 °C, the thickness of the resin sheet and the thickness of the skin layers are appropriate, thereby providing both light-weight properties and strength.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a line (1) for producing slats for roller shutters, comprising: - a profiling machine (3) suitable to form a closed, hollow, box section profile from a metal strip; - a foaming machine (4), integrated in the profiling machine (3) and suitable to dose into the partially open, hollow, box section profile (P1) a predetermined quantity of a polyol/isocyanate mixture in a unit of time; and - a polymerization bench (5), which is placed downstream of the profiling machine (3) to obtain a foamed, closed, hollow, box section profile (P2). The line comprises: - a thickness measurer (10; 15) placed downstream of said polymerization bench (5) and suitable to measure in line the thickness (S) of a predetermined central portion (C) of the profile (P2); and - a control system (20) programmed to adjust the amount of polyol/isocyanate mixture depending on the thickness detected by the thickness measurer according to predetermined adjustment logics.
