摘要: There is provided a defect inspection method capable of detecting a crack with high accuracy. The defect inspection method includes the steps of: obtaining a shot image comprising pixels; and scanning the shot image in predetermined directions, and assigning a high evaluation value to a pixel M for each scanning direction when the luminance of the pixel M is lower than the luminances of first adjacent pixels K, O, located on both sides of the pixel M in the scanning direction and, in addition, the luminance of each of second adjacent pixels C, W, located on both sides of the pixel M in a direction perpendicular to the scanning direction, is lower than the luminances of third adjacent pixels A, E or U, Y located on both sides of the second adjacent pixel in the scanning direction. The method also includes the steps of selecting selection pixels based on the evaluation values of the pixels for each scanning direction; connecting the selection pixels for each scanning direction; and synthesizing the selection pixels of the predetermined scanning directions, and removing those pixels which do not meet the requirement for a predetermined shape from the selection pixels.

摘要: There are provided a gripper mechanism and a movement mechanism which utilize an electromagnetic actuator which can secure a sufficient thrust force at least at a certain level over a wide range of displacement. The movement mechanism 30 includes a pair of electromagnetic actuators 21 F, 21 R disposed inside a pair of rails 35a, 35b, and an intermediate actuator 40 provided between the electromagnetic actuators 21 F, 21 R. The electromagnetic actuators 21 F, 21 R function as a gripper mechanism to be gripped by the rails 35a, 35b. The electromagnetic actuators 21 F, 21 R each include a displacement amplification mechanism 21A comprised of a magnetic body, and coils 26a, 26b, 26c, 26d provided in the displacement amplification mechanism 21A. A magnetic flux is generated in the magnetic body by passing an electric current through the coils 26a, 26b, 26c, 26d so as to displace the displacement amplification points L2x, L2y of the displacement amplification mechanism 21A.

摘要: There is provided an electromagnetic actuator which can secure a sufficient thrust force at least at a certain level over a wide range of displacement. The electromagnetic actuator 1 having a point of amplified displacement includes: a displacement amplification mechanism 1A made of a magnetic material and having two surfaces 2as, 2bs that form a gap 5 therebetween; and a coil 6 provided in the displacement amplification mechanism 1A. A magnetic flux is generated by passing an electric current through the coil 6, thereby generating an attraction force between the surfaces 2as, 2bs. The attraction force displaces the point of amplified displacement.
