摘要: A garbage disposing device 1, comprising a disposing tank 10 of substantially the inverted-conical shape for storing organic substance such as garbage and fermentation accelerator additives in which fermentation microorganism is seeded beforehand in a sealed condition, a rotating shaft 12 which passes vertically through the disposing tank 10 and is driven to rotate by a motor connected to the lower or upper end thereof, a plurality of cutter blades 14 which are fixed in a cantilevered fashion to the rotating shaft 12 at intervals in the vertical direction for grinding and mixing the fermentation accelerator additive and the organic substance, and a plurality of thermo sensors 16 for detecting the temperatures of the disposing tank at a plurality of portions positioned at intervals in the vertical direction. Grinding and mixing can be performed sufficiently with the fact that rotating resistance is small at all vertical positions of the disposing tank 10 because it is formed in the inverted-conical shape and grinding and mixing is performed by a plurality of cutter blades 14 mounted on the rotating shaft 12.

摘要: An organic waste processing method which is capable of large-amount processing and 24-hour continuous processing and also capable of minimizing installation and processing costs; and a device therefor. The device comprises a plurality of linearly arranged approximately inverted frusto-conical processing tanks (3, 3A, 3B, 3C), motors (17) installed below the respective processing tanks, rotary shafts (19) supportably extending vertically through the respective processing tanks and driven for rotation by the motors (17), and agitating vanes (21) supported on each rotary shaft (19) for mixing aerobic microorganisms (1) and an organic waste (2), wherein a more-than-storable amount of organic waste (2) is charged into the upstream processing tank (3) and a portion of the organic waste (2) is subjected to the centrifugal force from the agitating vanes (21) to flow out through an outflow port (14) in the upper region of the peripheral wall of the processing tank (3) into an inlet port (9) in the upper region of the processing tank (3A) adjacently disposed downstream. This operation is repeated according to the number of processing tanks and a large amount of organic waste (2) is continuously aerobically fermented for conversion into compost.

摘要: The present invention provides an organic waste processing method and device therefore that makes a mass disposal and 24 hours continuous processing possible, and can largely cut down facility and processing costs.
The present invention uses a number of roughly cut-end inverted cone shaped processing tanks 3, 3A, 3B, and 3C aligned serially, a motor 17 installed on the bottom of each processing tank, a rotating shaft 19 that rotates by motor 17 drive set up passing through the top and bottom parts inside each processing tank, and stirring blades 21, attached on rotating shaft 19, that mix aerobic microorganism 1 and organic waste 2 to put in more than capacity amount of organic waste 2 into the upstream processing tank 3, have a part of organic waste 2 transport from outlet 14 at upper peripheral wall of processing tank 3 to inlet 9 at the top of processing tank 3A placed adjacently and downstream, by centrifugal force of stirring blades 21. By repeating this process according to the number of processing tanks, a large amount of organic waste 2 is continuously aerobic fermented and turned into compost.
