摘要： A bicycle rack includes a fist rod (10) and a second rod (11). A first plate (20) and a second plate (21) are pivotably connected to each other and connected between the first and second rods (10,11). Two support arms (50) are respectively connected to the first and second rods (10,11). An operation unit (30) is connected to the first and second plates (20,21) and controls the pivotal action of the first and second plates (20,21). Two folding units (60) are respectively connected to the first and second rods (10,11) and the two support arms (50) are fixed to the two mounting members (61). The mounting members (61) together with the support arms (50) are able to be folded toward the first and second rods (10,11) by loosening the two folding units (60).

The shank (30) is co-rotated with the head (20) when the curved outer periphery (2111) of the eccentric rod (211) is engaged with one of the recesses (310). When the curved outer periphery (2111) of the eccentric rod (211) is removed from the recesses (310), the head (20) is independently rotated relative to the shank (30) so that the bolt assembly cannot be unscrewed.

A cap (26) has two second grooves (261) defined in an underside thereof and is connected to the horizontal portion with the two second grooves located to match with the first grooves so as to clamp two respective top tubes of bicycles in the grooves. The frame (20) can be adjusted an angle relative to the base plate (10).
