    摘要: A circuit breaker includes a shell and at least two L poles, wherein an electric leakage protection electrode is disposed between the two L poles; an electromagnetic coil of an electromagnetic system is disposed on one side of a third operating mechanism of the electric leakage protection electrode, and a connecting rod is rotatably assembled on one side of the electromagnetic coil. The third operating mechanism is coordinated with operating mechanisms of the two adjacent L poles through the connecting rod. When the circuit breaker is closed, the connecting rod rotates to a closing position along with the electric leakage protection electrode and the operating mechanisms of the two adjacent L poles. When the circuit breaker is opened, the connecting rod rotates towards an opening direction along with the operating mechanisms of the two L poles adjacent to the electric leakage protection electrode, but the third operating mechanism does not act; and in the event of an electric leakage fault, the third operating mechanism drives the operating mechanisms of the two adjacent L poles to jointly rotate towards an opening direction through the connecting rod. According to the present invention, the electric leakage protection electrode is in linkage connection with the two adjacent L poles through the connecting rod, so that the degree of cooperation between the circuit breaker poles of the circuit breaker is improved.

When the circuit breaker is overloaded, a movable end of the bimetal sheet drives the thermal tripping rod to rotate to trigger the circuit breaker to trip. According to the miniature circuit breaker of the present invention, the length of the current-carrying conductor of the temperature control assembly is shortened, which reduces the internal resistance and heat generation, thereby avoiding a damage to the parts caused by the overheating of the temperature control assembly.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a current transformer which comprises a closed magnetic circuit and a secondary winding. A first part of the closed magnetic circuit completely surrounds a primary conductor, and a second part of the closed magnetic circuit forms the secondary winding, the second part of the closed magnetic circuit serves as a magnetic core of the secondary winding. Larger output energy is obtained under a same volume, and a performance of the circuit breaker under a small current condition can be improved.

The controller comprises: a filtering and rectification circuit (101, 102), which filters and rectifies external alternating current; an electromagnet component (103), which is driven by an output of the filtering and rectification circuit and performs actions of attraction, holding or releasing; a power transistor circuit (104), which is connected to the electromagnet component; and a microcontroller (112), which controls on or off of the power transistor circuit to control the electromagnet component so as to perform the actions of attraction, holding or releasing. The controller further comprises: a voltage control loop, which provides a voltage feedback signal to the microcontroller and the microcontroller generates a control signal according to the voltage feedback signal, wherein the control signal is a PWM control signal having different duty cycles during the attraction and holding of the electromagnet component so that the current does not exceed a predetermined current threshold during the attraction and holding of the electromagnet component; and a current control loop, which provides a current feedback signal to the microcontroller and the microcontroller turns off the power transistor circuit upon detecting an overcurrent exceeding the current threshold.
