The invention concerns a micro capsule support material containing one or several products to be preserved from the open air, in which the micro-capsules are disseminated in a solid binder of porous consistence of the polyurethane foam type, such that the products contained in the micro-capsules are released when pressure is exerted of the support material. The micro-capsules are disseminated in a binder such that the amount of active product per volume unit of the support material decreases as the surface of application (12) recedes so that the amount of active product released at the surface of application is at its maximum on first use. Such a material can have numerous applications in particular for obtaining a medicine for skin treatment, as a cosmetic product applicator or as perfume dispenser.
