    摘要: A hardenable epoxy resin composition which is suitable for the production of an electrical insulation with improved thermal ageing properties, wherein said hardenable epoxy resin composition comprises an epoxy resin, a hardener, an inorganic filler composition, and a coupling agent for improving the bonding between the polymer matrix and the filler, and optionally further additives, characterized in that, (i) the filler composition comprises silica and aluminum trihydride (ATH) at a ratio of silica:ATH from 10:1 to 1:10; (ii) the average particle size distribution of the silica is within the range of from 100 µm - 0.5 µm; (iii) the average particle size distribution of ATH is below 10 µm, preferably within the range of from 10.0 µm - 0.5 µm; and (iv) the filler composition is present in an amount within the range of 20-80% by weight, calculated to the total weight of the insulating composition, and wherein (v) the coupling agent is present preferably within the range 20 of 0.1% - 10% by weight, calculated to the total weight of the insulating composition, the use of the composition for the production of an electrical insulation, and electrical articles containing such an electrical insulation system.

    摘要: The high-voltage outdoor bushing comprises a conductor (2) extended along an axis (1 ), a condenser core (3) and an electrically insulating polymeric weather protection housing (7) moulded on the condenser core (3). The condenser core (3) contains an electrically insulating tape (4) which is wound in spiral form around the conductor (2), capacitance grading insertions (5) arranged between successive windings of the tape (4) and a cured polymeric insulating matrix embedding the wound tape (4) and the capacitive grading insertions (5). A moisture diffusion barrier is incorporated inside the condenser core (3) prior to moulding the weather protection housing (7). Such a bushing is distinguished by an excellent storage and operation stability under hot and wet weather conditions.

A test tap (13) comprises a contact pin (14) which is electrically conductively connected to the outermost layer of the grading insulation (5) and surrounded by a contact ring (15) connected to every second metal insert (9) by connection wires (17) for grounding the contact pin (14) via the contact ring (15) when the test tap (13) is not in use and covered by a metal cap. The core (1) is produced by filling a mould with the liquid matrix material after components of the grading insulation (5) and other parts have been fixed in the same.
