摘要： The present invention relates to an antigenic composition comprising an adjuvant and a tau peptide antigen modified by four palmitic acid moieties inserted into the lipid bilayer of a liposome and presented in a highly repetitive array on the surface of the liposome, for use in the treatment of a tau-associated disease or disorder, in a patient having a T-cell deficiency, wherein
(i) the tau peptide is the peptide shown in SEQ ID NO:5; and
(ii) the adjuvant is MPLA.
