Abstract:
Provided is a cellulose resin composition wherein roll contamination during processing and reduction in the productivity caused by roll contamination are inhibited. The cellulose resin composition is obtained by adding a polyester-based plasticizer to a cellulose resin, the cellulose resin composition being characterized in that the polyester-based plasticizer is produced from a polybasic acid, a polyhydric acid and, as required, a stopper, in which polyester-based plasticizer, components having a molecular weight of 430 or less are removed to an amount of 5 wt% or less.
Abstract:
A flame retardant composition comprising 1 to 99 pts.wt. of piperazine/inorganic phosphorus compound salt (component (A)) selected from among piperazine phosphate, piperazine pyrophosphate, piperazine polyphosphate and mixtures of these piperazine salts; 99 to 1 pt.wt. of melamine/inorganic phosphorus compound salt (component (B)) selected from among melamine phosphate, melamine pyrophosphate, melamine polyphosphate and mixtures of these melamine salts (provided that the sum of component (A) and component (B) is 100 pts.wt.) and 0 to 50 pts.wt. of arbitrary component (component (C)), to which 0.01 to 20 pts.wt. of silicone oil (component (D)) of ≤5000 mm2/s viscosity at 25°C is added. This flame retardant composition excels in not only flame retarding capability but also powder performance and hygroscopic property enhancing effects. Addition of this flame retardant composition to resins provides flame retardant materials with change of electrical resistance reduced.
