In the electrodeposition coating step, the insulating film is simultaneously applied to a portion of the workpiece W and another portion of the workpiece W in such a manner that a film thickness on the portion is thicker than a film thickness on the other portion.

    摘要: A manufacturing method for a motor core includes: a stacked body manufacturing step of stacking a plurality of iron core pieces 11 to manufacture a stacked body 10 having a magnet accommodating portion MHb 10 extending in a stacking direction thereof; a magnet disposing step of disposing a permanent magnet 30 extending in the stacking direction of the iron core pieces 11 in the magnet accommodating portion MHb 10 ; and a fixing step of fixing the permanent magnet 30 in the magnet accommodating portion MHb 10 using a synthetic resin material Y that is in a softened state at a first temperature T1 and is cured at a second temperature T2 that is higher than the first temperature T1, wherein the fixing step includes: an injection step of setting a temperature of the synthetic resin material Y to the first temperature T1 and injecting, with an injection device X having a container capable of maintaining the synthetic resin material Y in the softened state, the softened synthetic resin material Y into the magnet accommodating portion MHb 10 ; and a curing step of raising the temperature of the synthetic resin material Y injected into the stacked body 10 to the second temperature T2 to cure the synthetic resin material Y, with the injection device X being moved away from the stacked body 10.
