That is, the limiting wall may share the stress of the mounting frame due to the centrifugal movement of the magnet steel in the radial direction, so that the mounting frame may bear a greater stress, so that the mounting frame and the magnet steel have a higher reliability of combination, and the problem that the magnet steel is throw out when the motor rotor rotates can be alleviated, which helps to meet a requirement of using the motor rotor at a high rotation speed.

    摘要: The present invention provides a rotor comprising: a main body composed of a soft magnetic material; and a permanent magnet provided inside or outside the main body. The permanent magnet is a bonded magnet comprising a magnet powder and a binder resin that binds the magnet powder. The bonded magnet includes 87-96 mass% of the magnet powder relative to the bonded magnet as a whole. The magnet powder includes coarse powder having an average particle diameter of 40-200 µm and fine powder having an average particle diameter of 1-10 µm. The coarse powder has a mass ratio of 60-90 mass% to a total of the coarse powder and the fine powder. The binder resin includes a thermosetting resin. The bonded magnet has a resin layer with an average thickness of 0.1-5 µm, for example, in a vicinity of a joint interface with the main body. The bonded magnet can be firmly joined to the main body, and the rotor can therefore rotate at high speed. The main body is, for example, a rotor core of an IPM motor.

    摘要: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a rotor and a disc motor. The rotor is divided into a plurality of magnetic pole units in a circumferential direction of the rotor, and each of the plurality of magnetic pole units includes at least two magnetic bodies. The magnetic bodies of each of the plurality of magnetic pole units have a same magnetization direction and the magnetic bodies of any two adjacent magnetic pole units have opposite magnetization directions. The embodiments of the present disclosure increase the number of magnetic barriers in the magnetic pole unit, which is beneficial to reducing the armature reaction and iron loss of the stator. At the same time, the magnetization effect of the rotor is improved, ultimately the torque density and efficiency of the motor is improved.
