摘要: The invention relates to a device for moving an X-ray apparatus in a controlled manner. The inventive apparatus is embodied as a C-bow (9) that can be displaced in parallel in relation to at least two axes (18; 19) and is mounted on a pedestal (31) in a rotatable manner in relation to three axes (18; 19; 21). Said pedestal comprises rollers (3) which can be driven by a motor. The direction of said rollers can be controlled. Each movement of the C-bow (9) is carried out in relation to a system of co-ordinates (29) and by means of controllable drive devices (6; 7; 37; 38). Said system is stationary in relation to the room. The drive devices (6; 7; 37; 38) are controlled by means of a computer (23) or a control device (39; 48) which can be controlled by means of a sterile control console or is voice-controlled. Adjusted positions or projections of the C-bow (9) can be stored in the computer (23) in such a way that a desired position or projection can be reproduced. The C-bow (9) can be combined with a surgical navigation system which comprises a position detection device (27). By measuring a reference base (51) that is provided with optical markers (28) and is applied to a patient (12) changes in the position of the patient (12) can thus be considered in such a way that an adjusted position and projection of the C-bow (9) can be reproduced after the patient (12) has changed position.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for a surgical navigation system, for defining the position of a straight line determined by the operator within a three-dimensional system of coordinates, in a area being operated on. The device comprises a body (1) with a surface (2) and at least three markers (3) which emit waves (19). The position of said markers within the three-dimensional system of coordinates can be determined by a position-detecting device belonging to the surgical navigation system. A laser (4) mounted on said body (1) emits a laser beam (5) directed away from the body (1), this laser beam having a geometrical central beam (6) and a wave length in the visible range. The laser beam is emitted in a geometrically defined position in relation to the markers (3) so that the position of the central beam (6) in relation to the three-dimensional system of coordinates can be calculated from the measured position of said markers (3) by a computer also belonging to the surgical navigation system.
